I purchased a hdr cx-12 camcoder from online media collection. I did payment by my debit card on pay point (£214) on 16/06. They said they will deliver me camcoder on 19/06. But i did not received any thing. I have all receipts. Can u plz tell me how i will receive my money back. ...
