Were supposed to go to TargetsPrizes.com and enter a four digit code. I figured it was a scam but wanted to see what was at that site. All I found as scambook complaints. Is scambook the source of this scam? Or is it someone just trying to make people miffed at Target? Does coming to scambook to ...
