I was tol by dispatcher the cost for a locksmith is $29.99 fora service call, plus labor which is roughly $40-50 dollars, depending on how long it takes to open the lock. Theguy shows up and says he has to use an air pump, it took 4 SECONDS, and he says labor is $118! I paid $148 for a 4 second ...
