Direct deposit change of 19.95 for Free of charge service
This is my fourth or fifth year doing my return with completetax.com (CCH Incorporated) this year I noticed an additional service fee called ERD. This I notice because my refund had not arrived. To file my return and have it direct deposited to my account cost nothing extra. ERD service cost $19.95 ...
