I purchased this and It does nothing at all. It keeps asking me to purchase it. My ref.# is 36415652 and my invoice # is AKD-73620552596. I either expect this thing to work or I want my money back. This is stupid. The instructions are not good. I want this resolved ASAP!!! ...
