Harrassment, they call 20 times a day or so and call everyone on your list too. Ripoff
I was late on the payment, they offered me a deal, I took it. I got low on money, and my home comes first, utilities, etc. They were calling and calling, then they started calling my friends. I had called them back, but they threatened me with default (less than 30 days late?) and payment in full ...
