Incompetent service - Toyota Yaris
We had the most horrible experience at Balisetoyota. Three times we went there. First time for 3 hours, did the paper work and were set to pick up car the next day. Day 2; we were there for 4 1/2 hours. Car not ready, person who sold it wasn't there, we were told that we had to do paper work again ...
