I have read the other reports filed concerning 1-800-UNLOCKS. I too have been a member of them since 1997. I have spoken to a couple people who believed they were double billed, I was actually double billed in august. I contacted Jeff Musser and he was very apologetic about what had occured. ...

We had the same Problems with them. They double billed our credit card and when we called and e-mailed them no reply. I think we should all get together and call attorney generals office in Fla and see about charging him with credit card fraud and false advertising!!! ...
