Began with builder not allowing us to FHA finance, though the contract he wrote did not stipulate who lender COULD be. Were supposed to close 4/28/06. Builder allowed us to move in 4/26/06. Would not get required items for FHA finance, ie. 10 yr warranty and specific certs. Not required by Logan ...
