Shut off my cable after i made the agreed payment - wanting more money
I made a payment arrangement with Charter - paying 1/2 my bill due on 4/24 to keep my service active - i actually paid 4 days early on 4/20 - it is not 4/26 and they shut off my service - wants then second payment - which was agreed to be paid on 5/4 now - no money - no service - they hung up on me ...
