Credit check refusal allowed for some applicants in violation of Florida law
Geico Direct is in violation of Florida law passed on 1/04. Florida law stated that if insurers run credit on applicant they must run credit on all applicants. Currently this is not the practice at Geico. A customer can call in and refuse credit if they do not want to have their credit run. By ...
