On 11/8/03 CR Bancorp took $149.00 out of my checking acc and was to send me a credit card this was to be a one time set up fee no interest or finance charges. On 11/14/09 I recived a pst card with the confermation the draft from my account was taken out. I have been calling them there was one ...
