Sent my cargo to Latvia when the Port of discharge of my cargo was in St. Petersburg Russia
On the 8th of April my cargo was sent to Riga instead of St. Petersburg Russia. The documents given to me from Air Parcel Express state the Port of Discharge is in St. Petersburg: Booking Confirmation, LCL DOCK RECEIPT, Conterm document, which is dated 03/10/09. On the certificate of cargo ...
