I opened a gym membership in Ohio with Premeir Fitness AKA NAtional Fitness and signed a contract. On that contract it was stated that if i moved to a different address then i CAN cancell my membership. I moved from Ohio to Texas... Obviously a big change of address. I sent them a signed letter ...
