I purchased a new Compaq CPU from Radio SHack in April. It said to allow 6-8 Weeks for processing. It was for $180. I still have not gotten it. I called the first time after 3 months and they said I didn't send UPC Codes. I had sent them. They said if I gave them the info on my cpu (Serial Number) ...
