Vimergy supplements: returns, lost packages, Sign up + Save cancellation, shipping and who to contact (checked October 12, 2026)
Which company this is. Vimergy (vimergy.com) sells vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements in liquid, powder and capsule form directly to consumers. The Terms of Purchase say the website is "owned and controlled by Vimergy® LLC", and the Customer Service page says card charges "will appear on your statement as VIMERGY LLC".
How to reach the company. The Customer Service page lists [email protected] and "Phone Support: (904) 335-3254", "Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm EST". The Terms of Purchase give a mailing address of Vimergy LLC, 10950 San Jose Blvd #288, Jacksonville FL 32223. The company also runs a Help Center at vimergy.helpscoutdocs.com.
Returns. The Customer Service page says to "contact us and arrange for a return within 30 days of receiving your order", that product must be in its original, unopened package unless there is a manufacturer defect, and that you should email [email protected] for instructions and an RMA number. It says returns "can take 7 - 10 business days to process once we've received the return", that return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless there is a manufacturer defect and the company is contacted within 7 business days, and that shipping and handling is not refundable. The Terms of Purchase word the window as "within 30 days of your purchase" and say the company will "strive to issue you a refund within 15 business days" after it receives the return, and to email if no refund has arrived within 25 business days of sending it back. The two pages differ on whether the 30 days run from delivery or from purchase; keep proof of the order date and the delivery date.
Damaged, wrong or missing orders. Both pages give 7 business days to report a package damaged in transit; the Terms of Purchase add a wrong item received and say such returns are "at no cost to you", while the Customer Service exchange section says a customer who ordered the incorrect item pays return shipping and the new shipping charge. For an order that does not arrive, both say to "contact us within 7 business days" and that after that period the company is "no longer responsible for the order and will be unable to process a refund". The Terms of Purchase also say that for purchases from another source you should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.
Sign up + Save (subscription). The Help Center says Sign up + Save enrolls you in auto-ship with 5% off each subscription item, that you can "cancel, skip, or adjust your future subscription at any time", that a reminder email is sent 4 days in advance of the scheduled date and that changes may be made up to the day before the charge date (Help Center article 20, "Do You Have A Subscription Program?"); article 572 adds that a cancelled subscription can be reactivated. To cancel, log in, go to Subscriptions, open the upcoming order, choose Edit and then "Cancel this subscription", or contact customer service. A product page offers a "One-time purchase" option next to Sign up + Save, and the Help Center says to review the cart before checkout.
Shipping and prices. The company's pages state the free-shipping threshold three different ways: the homepage banner says "Free Shipping on All US Orders", the Terms of Purchase say free shipping for "orders $50 or more", and the Customer Service page says "orders over $85". The homepage page title says "Save up to 12% with Mix + Save" and its tier list shows 3, 5, 8 and 12 percent, while another homepage line says "save up to 16% with subscription"; the Help Center says 5% off each subscription item. Read the totals shown at checkout before paying.
Dispute terms. The Terms of Purchase list agreement "to the use of arbitration to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions" among the conditions of placing an order, and Terms of Use section 15 (last updated May 22, 2022) says disputes "will be resolved by binding arbitration" with Florida law governing. The Shopify Terms of Service page linked in the footer (/policies/terms-of-service) did not contain the word arbitration in the text opened on 2026-10-12; its Section 18 names the laws of California as governing, while the Terms of Use name Florida law.
If the company does not resolve it. Options include a complaint to your card issuer if you paid by card, a report to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, a complaint to your state attorney general or consumer agency (for Florida residents, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services runs floridaconsumerhelp.com), and a BBB complaint. For a health reaction to a supplement, FDA's MedWatch program accepts reports about dietary supplements.
Who operates Vimergy, ownership records and what the company says about itself
Legal entity. The Florida Division of Corporations lists VIMERGY, LLC (document M22000016297) as a foreign limited liability company incorporated in Delaware, filed 10/24/2022, status ACTIVE, with annual reports on file for 2024, 2025 and 2026. Its principal address there is 3301 North University Drive, Suite 300, Coral Springs, FL (changed 03/16/2023). The record names LIGHTNING INTERMEDIATE II, LLC, at 10950 San Jose Blvd., #288, Jacksonville (the same address Vimergy's own terms give), as the authorized person with the title MBR. The registry gives the same Coral Springs address as both principal and mailing address and lists Corporation Service Company as registered agent; Jacksonville appears there only as the authorized person's address. The site's Terms of Use (last updated May 22, 2022) describe the operator as "a Florida limited liability company", while the Florida registry lists Vimergy, LLC as a foreign LLC formed in Delaware. The same search listed an older record, VIMERGY LLC (L18000135340), with status INACT. The company's pages give only the Jacksonville mailing address, and a November 2023 court complaint in which Vimergy is a plaintiff describes it as having its principal place of business in Jacksonville.
Ownership and financing. Capital Southwest Corporation, a publicly traded investment company, listed "Lightning Intermediate II, LLC (dba Vimergy)" in its August 1, 2022 results release, describing $23.1 million of first lien senior secured debt, a $1.9 million revolving loan and $0.6 million of common equity, and calling Vimergy "a leading supplier of high-quality branded vitamins, minerals and supplement products sold direct to consumer". Capital Southwest's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (filed 2026-08-03) lists Lightning Intermediate II, LLC with an unfunded revolving loan commitment of $1.852 million; the filing does not use the Vimergy name in the text opened. Stellus Capital Investment Corp's Form 10-Q for the same quarter lists a first-lien term loan to Lightning Intermediate II, LLC (Jacksonville, FL) and units in "Gauge Vimergy Coinvest, LLC". A lender or investor listing does not by itself show control. In the Amazon case, Vimergy LLC's own corporate disclosure statement (docket entry 5, November 9, 2023) identifies "Corporate Parent Lightning Intermediate II LLC, Corporate Parent Lightning Intermediate I LLC, Corporate Parent Vimergy Holdings LLC"; this page does not state who owns those entities.
What the company says. The company's About page says Vimergy supports wellness "in 60+ countries with 19 pure, potent, fast-absorbing liquid supplements" and that "every product is third-party tested" and free from pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. In a court complaint the company said its supplements have been non-GMO, gluten free, soy-free and vegan "since its start in 2012". These are the company's own statements and were not independently tested for this page.
Other sites. The Help Center has separate sections for vimergy-canada.ca, Vimergy.co.UK and Vimergy.EU. Which legal entity operates those sites was not checked; this page covers vimergy.com and its U.S. policies.
Complaint and review record (as displayed on October 12, 2026)
BBB. The BBB profile for Vimergy, LLC (Jacksonville, FL) is not BBB Accredited and shows a D+ letter rating with the stated reasons "Failure to respond to 1 complaint(s) filed against business" and "Length of time business has been operating"; BBB's page data shows the file was opened on 2025-02-03. The complaints tab shows "2 total complaints in the last 3 years" and "1 complaint filed in the last 12 months", and the reviews tab shows "This business has 0 reviews". One displayed complaint (dated 07/30/2026, type Delivery Issues, status Resolved) says a $108 order shipped by a carrier was lost several times and a replacement was refused; the consumer's reply dated 08/11/2026 says "It has been resolved." The other (dated 08/15/2025, type Service or Repair Issues, status Unanswered) asks why a Lemon Balm liquid seemed more watered down than a previous bottle. Complaint text on BBB is the consumer's allegation.
Trustpilot. The Trustpilot page for vimergy.com is an unclaimed profile showing 2.5 from 14 reviews, with the notice that the company has no history of asking for reviews, so the reviews may not be representative. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews. The company's own site displays a separate "14,000+ 5-Star Reviews" line in its cart; that figure comes from the company's website and was not matched to any third-party page here.
This site. Searches of the usacomplaints.com archive on 2026-10-12 found no approved complaint posts that name Vimergy, so this page shows no own-complaint counts or themes. BBB and Trustpilot figures are reported as displayed and are not added together.
Court cases and regulator searches checked on October 12, 2026
Cases naming Vimergy. A CourtListener search for "Vimergy" returned three federal docket records, which are two cases listed below plus a miscellaneous-case record for the filing of the first. In McMorland v. Vimergy, LLC the company is the defendant, and the public docket does not state what the claims were. In Amazon.com Inc. v. Mini the company is one of several plaintiffs suing sellers of allegedly counterfeit products, so it is a case the company joined, not a consumer complaint against it.
Regulator and recall searches. No Vimergy record was returned by the openFDA food and drug enforcement report searches for the recalling firm or product description "Vimergy", and the CPSC SaferProducts.gov recall search for "Vimergy" returned an empty list on 2026-10-12. A full-text search of FDA's warning letter index for "Vimergy" returned no letters on 2026-10-12, and no FTC or state attorney general action against Vimergy was identified in the sources checked on 2026-10-12.
FDA adverse-event reports (unverified). FDA's CAERS database, queried through openFDA on 2026-10-12 (data last updated 2026-07-07), returned two reports whose product fields name Vimergy. Report 2022-CFS-010062 (created June 22, 2022) lists as suspect product a "Smoothie Booster Kit Vimergy Wild Blueberry Powder Spirulina Powder Barley Grass Juice Powder" with the reaction "Sepsis" and the outcome "Life Threatening". Report 183210 (created February 23, 2015) lists "Vimergy Chaga" as a concomitant product, another brand's product as the suspect, the reactions "Convulsion" and "Loss of consciousness" and the outcome "Visited Emergency Room". openFDA states that submitting a report "does not constitute an admission that a product caused or contributed to an event" and that the information "has not been scientifically or otherwise verified as to a cause and effect relationship". These are unverified reports; they do not establish that a Vimergy product caused any event.
Is Vimergy Legitimate?
On the sources opened on 2026-10-12, Vimergy, LLC is an active Florida-registered foreign limited liability company with annual reports on file through 2026, operates vimergy.com with published contact, shipping, returns and subscription policies, and publishes a phone number and email for customer service. BBB shows a D+ rating, no accreditation and 2 complaints in three years, and Trustpilot shows 2.5 from 14 reviews on an unclaimed profile. A 2023 federal complaint in which Vimergy is a plaintiff alleges that counterfeit supplements bearing its trademarks were sold in the Amazon store. A buyer comparing offers may check that the seller is vimergy.com, read the returns window as worded on both the Customer Service page and the Terms of Purchase, and keep order and delivery dates.

On November 13, 2023 an order denied the plaintiffs' temporary restraining order motion without prejudice (document 11).
