Contact. BBB lists (201) 461-5665 and 2200 Fletcher Ave, 4th Floor, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 for TZ Insurance Solutions LLC. The phone number is BBB-listed and was not confirmed on a company page.

What the company says in BBB responses. In responses dated July 2026 the company states that it calls people who have requested a call from a licensed insurance agent, for example by opting in through an online webform, returning a completed business reply card or calling in response to an advertisement. It also states that, on receiving a complaint, it added the phone number and email address to its 'Do Not Contact lists' and that it could not add a person to its 'Do Not Mail list' without a mailing address. These are the company's statements as displayed on BBB; we have not confirmed them elsewhere.

BBB describes TZ Insurance Solutions LLC as an insurance sales agency and a Limited Liability Company, with 'Years in Business: 16'. BBB page data gives a business start date of 2010-01-05 and a BBB file-opened date of 2011-08-11. BBB lists the alternate names 'TruBridge' and 'Tranzact' and names David Graf and Andy Nelson, each with the title President, as business management.

The Kentucky Secretary of State lists TZ INSURANCE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Foreign Limited Liability Company formed in Delaware, status Active, standing Good, with a principal office at 2200 Fletcher Avenue, 4th Floor, Fort Lee, NJ, industry 'Insurance Agents, Brokers and Service', Kentucky file date 11/14/2011 and last annual report 6/15/2026. BBB records a license number 1277532 issued by the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance; we did not check that license on the state's own lookup.

In the company's words. In its responses to BBB complaints dated July 2026, the company says it is 'a licensed insurance agency that employs licensed insurance agents who assist consumers with enrollments into insurance plans over the telephone' and is 'appointed to sell life and health insurance products offered by various insurers'. These are the company's statements, not findings of ours.

Not verified. We did not verify the company's ownership or parent, and we did not establish any relationship between the 'TruBridge' alternate name that BBB lists and the public company of that name. A second BBB profile, also named TZ Insurance Solutions LLC, lists 7725 Woodland Center Blvd, Tampa, FL 33614 (category Insurance Services Office, BBB Rating A+, not BBB Accredited; BBB page data: file opened 2014-05-12, incorporated 2010-02-09). BBB does not say how the two profiles relate, so we show the Tampa address as a second BBB-listed address and do not combine its figures with the Fort Lee profile.

What BBB and Trustpilot show

As displayed on 2026-10-18, the BBB profile for TZ Insurance Solutions LLC, Fort Lee, NJ shows a BBB Rating of A+ and states the business is not BBB Accredited. Its complaints tab says '35 total complaints in the last 3 years' and '10 complaints filed in the last 12 months'. Its reviews tab shows an average of 1.17 out of 5 stars from 23 customer reviews. One approved post from 2012, titled 'Six premium payments taken, then told children had no coverage', names TZ Insurance Solutions LLC in its offender line and describes a phone sale of children's medical and dental insurance in which six payments were taken from the author's bank account and the author says the coverage turned out not to pay for procedures; it is one consumer's unverified account. Five further posts (2008 and 2009) are linked as related and are not counted as complaints about this company: four name Tranzact Technologies, Inc. (the alternate name BBB lists for the company) as the parent of 'Capacity and Service Solutions', which the authors describe as sending check or mystery-shopper offers, and one says Tranzact Information Services sold a mortgage lead list. They are unverified individual accounts and are at least 17 years old.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) cases. Two dockets carry the nature of suit 'Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)'. Galvagno v.
