SpeedyPaper refunds, revisions, disputes and contact: what the company's own pages say (checked October 12, 2026)
SpeedyPaper's own policy pages, opened on October 12, 2026, set out the routes below. This site's archive had no approved posts naming SpeedyPaper as the company complained about on that date, so this page does not rely on reader complaints; it reports the company's published terms and third-party profiles, each dated.
Contacting SpeedyPaper. The Contacts page lists live chat, [email protected] and +1 (888) 291 8112. The Money Back Guarantee page tells customers who want a dispute to message support with the sentence "I would like to set this order to the Dispute Status" and a detailed explanation on their personal account page.
Free revisions. The Revision Policy (version 1.0, last modified Jan 10, 2014) says the company will "revise your paper 3 times for free" if the request does not contradict the initial instructions. A request can be sent with the "Send for revision" button before approving the paper, or by contacting support within 7 days after approval; for orders over 20 pages the policy says a free revision is possible within 14 days after approval. The Terms & Conditions mention only the 7-day window.
Refunds before approval. The Money Back Guarantee page lists: a 100 percent refund for a payment mistake, no suitable writer, or a missed deadline where the paper was not delivered; 90 percent if no writer was assigned and less than half of the deadline had passed; "70%-" if a writer was assigned and less than half of the deadline had passed; 50 percent if a writer was assigned and more than half of the deadline had passed, or if the company is "not able to provide you with a writer for your revision." The page also says that if the paper is delivered late the order price is recalculated "according to the deadline within which we delivered the paper," and that when soft copies or a preferred writer cannot be provided the difference "will be refunded or credited to your balance on the website." Quality complaints go through a free revision, a different writer, or the dispute process, in which "the refund percentage is suggested independently in each case" and the dispute closes automatically if the requested information is not provided within 14 days.
After approval. The same page says that once the order is approved "you are not able to ask for any refund" and that customers have 7 days to approve the paper, with the period "calculated automatically from the moment the last version was uploaded to your personal order page and the deadline passed"; after that the paper is approved automatically. The company says that bonuses and special offers added to a credit balance are non-refundable, and that referral bonuses can be withdrawn to PayPal only after "a minimum of $100" in referral credits. It also says that the company does not guarantee a grade, that tips for support agents or writers are non-refundable, and that VAT paid by EU customers is not refunded.
Two statements to read together. The home page lists "Transparent refunds" with the text "You get your money back in case our paper writer fails to meet your requirements." The Money Back Guarantee and Terms pages set the specific conditions above. If you have already paid by card and the service was not delivered as agreed, the FTC's consumer page on credit card charges says a billing-error dispute letter must reach the card issuer within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent.
Reporting. reportfraud.ftc.gov is the FTC's online reporting site. SpeedyPaper's own abuse page (speedypaper.com/abuse) is a form for reporting problems with third-party promotion of its services and with links to or from its website; it is not presented as a customer-complaint channel. The FTC's page on disputing credit card charges says that for a problem with the quality of an item the cardholder should "contact the seller first, before you contact the issuer," and, if those steps do not work, report to ReportFraud.ftc.gov and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
State laws on academic-assignment services, and regulator actions checked
No regulator action identified. In the web searches run on October 12, 2026 for SpeedyPaper and for UAB "Baltijos Interneto Technologijos" together with FTC, attorney general or lawsuit terms, no FTC, state attorney general or court action naming either was identified. This is a scoped result of those searches, not a statement that none exists. Searches of CourtListener's federal docket (RECAP) collection for "SpeedyPaper" and for "Baltijos Interneto", and of its opinions collection for "SpeedyPaper", returned 0 results on October 12, 2026. These searches do not cover state courts, Lithuanian courts or the FTC and state attorney general press pages individually.
Connecticut statute (example of a state law on this subject). Connecticut General Statutes Sec. 53-392b says that no person shall "prepare, offer to prepare, cause to be prepared, sell or offer for sale" a term paper, thesis, dissertation, essay, report or other assignment "knowing, or under the circumstances having reason to know," that it is intended for submission under the name of a student other than its author, for a school chartered, incorporated, licensed, registered or supervised by that state. Sec. 53-392e makes a violation a class B misdemeanor, and Sec. 53-392d allows the Attorney General to seek an injunction. Subsection (b) says the chapter does not prevent "tutorial assistance, research material, information or other assistance" that is not intended for submission under the student's name. This page does not say that SpeedyPaper has violated this or any other state law; other states have their own rules, and schools set their own academic-integrity policies.
What the company's terms say about use. The Terms & Conditions say "You may not put Your name on the delivered Product" and that products are "provided only as a model, example document for research use." The Terms also say the buyer is "solely responsible" for any disciplinary action arising from improper use of the material, that "All Products ... are for research and/or reference only," and that any unauthorized use of delivered products "may subject You to civil or criminal penalties." If the company suspects that a product has been distributed or used "in any form of plagiarism," the Terms say it "reserves the right to refuse to carry out any further work and services." Separately, the company's About page advertises "Multiple-choice questions: Get correct answers for quizzes" and "Questions & Answers: Receive detailed answers to practice tests, exams" and says its guarantees "protect your school record and reputation from suspicion." Both sets of statements are the company's own; this page draws no conclusion from them, and the rules that apply to a student are set by the student's school.
Who operates SpeedyPaper and what it sells
Operator. The Terms & Conditions (version 6.0, last modified Apr 8, 2022) say the website is "owned by UAB "BALTIJOS INTERNETO TECHNOLOGIJOS", a company registered under the law of Lithuania," with a registered office at Prūsų G. 14-62, Vilnius, Lithuania, and that the Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Under "PLACE OF SUIT" the Terms say court actions "shall be instituted in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the place where the Company holds its principal place of business or in any other place at the determination of the Company." The Privacy Policy (version 3.0, last modified Apr 26, 2019) names the same company as the controller of personal data. The company's FAQ page, which shows no date, says something different: "SpeedyPaper.com is a US-incorporated custom paper writing service. Our main office is located in Delaware, USA. Our support office is located in Ukraine." The pages disagree; both statements are attributed here. No Delaware entity was verified. A Lithuanian business directory (Rekvizitai, rekvizitai.vz.lt), opened October 12, 2026, lists "Baltijos interneto technologijos, UAB" with registration code 304415114 and VAT number LT100019764119 at the same Prūsų g. 14-62, Vilnius address and shows 3 insured employees; this is a directory listing, and the official Lithuanian register record was not opened. The site footer also shows a separate "Other regions" link for the UAE.
Service. The company says it offers papers written from scratch, editing and proofreading, paraphrasing, "AI humanizing," problem solving, presentations, resumes and other documents. Its home page says it has "over 10 years" of experience, "over 1,600 essay writers" and "over 100,000 completed projects," and that rates "start at $9 per page"; these are the company's own statements. Writer tiers add "+25% of the order total" (Pro), "+45%" (Top) or "+10%" (a specific, previously used writer).
Quality and originality terms. The Terms say plagiarism acceptable to the company is "below 10%," excluding references and clichéd phrases; that the company does not guarantee any grade; and that a customer who asks for a refund after delivery has no right to use the paper, which the company may publish online. The home page says papers are human-written and are run through AI-detection and plagiarism software.
Data and identity checks. The Terms say the company may ask for a scan or picture of an identity document and of the payment card (only the last 4 digits, the name and the expiry date need to be visible) and that these are erased once checked by the Risk Department. They also say the customer's email and telephone number "may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes," with an opt-out by contacting the company. They also say that users under 13 (16 for citizens of the European Union) may not use the website and that citizens of the countries on the company's OFAC list, which includes China and Russia, "are not allowed to use this website."

Is SpeedyPaper Legitimate?
SpeedyPaper.com is a commercial custom-writing website that names UAB "Baltijos Interneto Technologijos," a Lithuanian company with a registered office in Vilnius, as its owner in its Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, publishes a phone number, an email address and written refund, revision and dispute policies, and charges for papers delivered to the customer. Its FAQ page gives a different description of where it is incorporated (Delaware) than its Terms (Lithuania). Trustpilot displays the profile as removed, and SmartCustomer displays a notice about suspicious review activity and no rating. No BBB profile and no FTC, state attorney general or court action were identified in the searches run on October 12, 2026 (the CourtListener federal docket and opinion searches returned 0 results; state and Lithuanian courts were not searched). The company's own terms state that products are for research and reference use and that the buyer bears responsibility for how they are used; schools and some state laws treat submitting purchased work as one's own differently, so readers should check their institution's rules. This site does not rate the company.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who owns SpeedyPaper?
The Terms & Conditions (version 6.0, last modified Apr 8, 2022) say SpeedyPaper.com is "owned by UAB "BALTIJOS INTERNETO TECHNOLOGIJOS", a company registered under the law of Lithuania," with a registered office at Prūsų G. 14-62, Vilnius. The Privacy Policy names the same company as data controller. The undated FAQ page instead says the company is "US-incorporated" with a main office in Delaware and a support office in Ukraine. Pages opened October 12, 2026. A Lithuanian business directory (Rekvizitai) lists a company of that name with registration code 304415114 at the same Vilnius address; no Delaware entity was verified and the official Lithuanian register record was not opened.
How does SpeedyPaper's money-back guarantee work?
Before the paper is approved, the Money Back Guarantee page lists 100 percent refunds for payment mistakes, no suitable writer, or an undelivered paper after the deadline; 90 percent if no writer was assigned and less than half of the deadline had passed; "70%-" if a writer was assigned and less than half had passed; and 50 percent if more than half had passed or if the company cannot provide a writer for a revision. Late delivery leads to a price recalculation to the deadline actually met, and some differences may be "credited to your balance" instead of refunded. After approval the page says "you are not able to ask for any refund." VAT is not refunded to EU customers. Page opened October 12, 2026.
How many free revisions does SpeedyPaper give?
The Revision Policy (version 1.0, last modified Jan 10, 2014) says 3 free revisions, provided the request does not contradict the initial instructions. They also say the buyer "is solely responsible" for disciplinary action arising from improper use, and that the company does not guarantee any grade. The Terms add that unauthorized use of delivered products "may subject You to civil or criminal penalties" and that the company may refuse further work if it suspects distribution or use "in any form of plagiarism." Statute text opened October 12, 2026. This is one state's law; this page does not say SpeedyPaper has violated it.
What if I paid by card and want to dispute the charge?
The FTC's consumer page on disputing credit card charges says the Fair Credit Billing Act dispute letter must reach the card issuer within 60 days after the first bill containing the error was sent, and that the issuer must acknowledge it in writing within 30 days. It applies to credit cards and other revolving credit. Page opened October 12, 2026; contact the card issuer for its own procedure. For a problem with the quality of an item, the FTC page says to contact the seller first, before the issuer.
