Solitaire Grand Harvest purchases, refunds and support (checked October 14, 2026)
Contact the right entity. Playtika's Terms of Service (Last Updated June 2026) say the Playtika entity you contract with depends on the game, and list 'Solitaire Grand Harvest - Supertreat GmbH, Teinfaltstrasse 4/9, Vienna 1010, Austria'. For general questions the Contact Us clause says 'please contact us using our Contact Form or the contact information provided below'. The 'via the applicable support channel available in the Game' wording appears in the Terms' clause on complaints about User Content, not in the general contact clause. The Google Play listing for the game shows a developer support email, [email protected], in its app support panel (opened 2026-10-14).
Refunds depend on where you paid. The Terms state: 'All transaction fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.' They add that if you were charged for transactions not initiated by your account, did not receive the Virtual Items you paid for, or were charged an incorrect amount, you may request a refund or correction from Playtika for transactions completed directly with it. For purchases made through a platform provider, 'the Platform Provider is responsible for any refunds, and its refund policies will apply (except for Google Play)', with Apple's Billing and Subscriptions page and Google Play's Refund page named as references. The parenthetical means Google Play purchases are not covered by the platform-provider refund rule, so the Terms' request route through Playtika applies to them.
Lost or removed coins and items. The Terms state: 'Virtual Items can never be redeemed or cashed out for "real world" money, goods, or any other item of monetary value'. For players whose country of residence is outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the Terms also say Playtika 'may terminate your license to Virtual Items at any time and at our sole discretion', including when an account is closed, and that you are 'not entitled to any credit, reimbursement, or refund for any Virtual Items that were in your account'. Check the current Terms for the version that applies to your country.
Know the dispute process before you file. Section 17 of the Terms requires a written Dispute Notice through the Contact Form and a 60-day informal resolution period, provides for individual arbitration and a class-action waiver, and says a person may decline the arbitration agreement by an opt-out notice sent through the Contact Form 'within 30 days of first accepting these Terms'; the notice must be in writing, state your first and last name, and be personally hand-signed and dated. After that window the opt-out described in the Terms is no longer available on those terms. It also states that U.S. residents may bring individual claims in small claims court. Section 18 says that for U.S. residents the Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Read the current Terms yourself, because they are updated periodically.
Age and account basics. The Terms list Solitaire Grand Harvest among games for players at least 18 years old. The Apple App Store listing shows an 18+ age rating and in-app purchases.
Other routes. You may also file a complaint with your state attorney general, with the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, or with your card issuer if you dispute a charge. Playtika's Terms include the California notice for consumers: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Boulevard, Suite N-112, Sacramento, California 95834, 1 (800) 952-5210.

Lawsuits and regulator actions
The sources checked on 2026-10-14 (the Washington Attorney General's release and complaint, Playtika Holding Corp.'s FY2025 Form 10-K and its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, BBB and Trustpilot) did not identify a lawsuit or regulator action naming Solitaire Grand Harvest or Supertreat GmbH. In the 10-K the game appears only in the business description, not in the legal proceedings. A CourtListener docket sweep was not part of this check.
Washington Attorney General lawsuit (group level). The Washington Attorney General's release dated February 3, 2026 says the office sued companies operating casino apps that 'have taken more than $225 million from Washingtonians since September 2020', naming 'Playtika and Aristocrat' as the main companies; that figure is the Attorney General's allegation. The complaint (King County Superior Court, case 26-2-04647-6 SEA) names Playtika Santa Monica, LLC, Playtika Holding Corp., Playtika Ltd. and other Playtika entities together with unrelated defendants including Aristocrat and Product Madness. Supertreat GmbH is not among the named defendants in the complaint opened on 2026-10-14. Playtika's Form 10-Q (filed 2026-08-06) says the Attorney General seeks injunctive and declaratory relief, recovery of monies spent by Washington players, civil statutory penalties, costs and fees; that Playtika filed motions to dismiss on May 18, 2026; and that a hearing was set for August 7, 2026. No ruling was found in the sources checked on 2026-10-14.
Other group-level matters (Playtika, social casino-themed games), as the company describes them in the 10-Q as of 2026-08-06. A Utah case (Wright) was sent to arbitration and stayed on April 15, 2026; in a New Jersey case (Barbarino) the plaintiff filed an arbitration demand on April 29, 2026; the 10-Q also describes consumer suits in Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky, pre-arbitration notices from law firms (one filing demands for approximately 1,600 claimants; another notice for 3,133 claimants, with further claimants added on April 30, 2026), an Australian class action (Beninati) and an Israeli certification motion (Ben Shushan) about in-app purchase charges. On July 2, 2026 the company received notice of a proposed class settlement in Horn v. Amazon (W.D. Wash.), filed July 9, 2026, that would assign to Playtika's subsidiaries a share of approximately $51 million; Playtika and other developers moved to intervene on July 22, 2026 to oppose it. A putative class action filed in Washington in April 2018 was settled, with court approval in February 2021. These are allegations or procedural steps as described by the company; the filings do not say they concern Solitaire Grand Harvest.
Is Solitaire Grand Harvest Legitimate?
Supertreat GmbH is identified by Playtika's Terms of Service as the entity responsible for Solitaire Grand Harvest and by the Apple App Store as the seller. Playtika's 10-K lists it as a subsidiary acquired in 2019. The game's terms allow purchases of virtual items with real money, state that purchases are final except in the cases listed, and require individual arbitration unless the player opts out. The record above shows what the sources displayed on 2026-10-14; it is not a rating or verdict.
