Skylux Travel complaints, refunds and who sells your ticket: what Skylux's pages say (checked October 12, 2026)

Skylux Travel's website, its Terms, BBB, Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and California Attorney General pages were opened on October 12, 2026. This site's archive has no approved complaints about Skylux Travel (see the complaint-record section), so the steps below come from Skylux's own pages and the regulators' published routes.

Who you are dealing with. The home page footer says: 'The Website is operated by Dyninno Management (DIFC) Ltd.' and 'Travel products and services displayed on the Website are offered and sold by Luxury Travel Services, LLC (CST 2119950-40). All purchases are subject to the seller's Terms and Conditions.' The Website General Terms (last updated 1 January 2026) say something different about the role of the website operator: 'We only provide the Services and do not make any sale of goods or services to you', and that bookings are made 'directly with the applicable Travel Providers, not with us' and that the Travel Provider's terms apply. The seller's own Terms and Conditions for purchasing travel products were not found on the pages checked, The footer's 'seller's Terms and Conditions' and the BBB profile's recommendation to review 'Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Travel Products' point to seller terms whose full text was not read for this page, so none of their provisions are summarized here; read the terms in your confirmation email and the airline's conditions of carriage before paying.

Contact Skylux. The Contacts page (US/CA) lists Reservations 855-507-9770 ([email protected]) and Customer Service 855-507-9771 ([email protected]). The Terms say disputes should first be sent as a written Notice to [email protected] describing the claim and the relief sought; if no agreement is reached within thirty (30) days after the Notice is received, the Terms say you may use other options to protect your legal interests. Keep your booking reference, the quoted and charged amounts, and the dates of any phone calls.

Cancellations and refunds. The Terms say airline tickets are e-tickets and that 'the Travel Provider's terms and conditions and privacy policies will apply to your booking', so a change, cancellation or refund is decided by the fare rules of the airline and the seller's terms for your ticket. The Terms also state that 'charges (payment fees, services fees, taxes and other charges) in addition to what is displayed on the Website may apply'. The fine print under the home page's fare offers says: 'The fares are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.' This is Skylux's statement about the fares advertised on its home page; the rules that apply to your own ticket are in your purchase documents. No separate Skylux refund policy page was identified among the pages opened on October 12, 2026.

If the issue is not resolved.

  • Dispute the charge with your card issuer if you paid by card; ask the issuer about its time limits.
  • DOT's consumer complaint page says that for complaints other than civil rights, 'DOT will direct the identified airline and/or ticket agent to respond directly to you' and that DOT conducts 'targeted or sample reviews of complaints'.
  • The California Attorney General's travel page says 'California requires all sellers of travel to register with the Attorney General's Office' and offers a Seller Search and an online complaint option; the BBB profile lists seller of travel license number 2119950 for this business.
  • BBB accepts complaints through the 'Submit a Complaint' link on the Skylux Travel profile.
  • For California consumers, the Attorney General's travel page says: 'Under certain circumstances, California consumers may recover money they paid for travel services not provided by a registered seller of travel.' Its consumer page says the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC), a non-profit that is not part of the Attorney General's Office, 'manages the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund and decides restitution claims'.

Skylux Travel: operator, seller, BBB profile and company statements

Operator and seller. The home page footer names two entities: Dyninno Management (DIFC) Ltd as operator of the website, and Luxury Travel Services, LLC (CST 2119950-40) as the seller of the displayed travel products. The Terms describe 'we' as Dyninno Management (DIFC) Ltd, registered in the United Arab Emirates with registration No. 6659, and say any dispute about the Website or its Services is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, while 'travel purchases are governed by the applicable Travel Providers' terms and conditions and the laws specified therein'.

BBB profile. BBB lists Skylux Travel at 533 Airport Blvd, Suite 400, Burlingame, CA 94010 as a Limited Liability Company with the alternate name Luxury Travel Services, LLC, management Ms. Kiara Sashulea (Manager), 90 employees, and a California Attorney General seller-of-travel license number 2119950 with an expiration date of 3/19/2027 as BBB displayed it. Raw BBB page data gives the business start and incorporation date as January 5, 2012, the BBB file opened on April 28, 2014 and BBB accreditation since January 9, 2015.

What the company says. The About Us page says: 'Active since 2014, Skylux Travel is an official airline retailer focused on discounted business and first-class flights', and says clients receive 'personalized, concierge-level service'. The home page, as opened on October 12, 2026, advertises 'Save 30-70%* OFF on Business Class Flights', 'Trusted by Over 188K+ Travelers' and '114K+ POSITIVE REVIEWS', and its descriptive text separately says Skylux is 'saving customers 50-77% on business class flights'; these are Skylux's own marketing statements, the two savings ranges differ, and prices carry asterisks on the site. The fine print says savings 'are indicated of the full un-restricted published airfares of major airlines and may vary based on individual fare rules'. The home page also says there are 'no website booking engines here' and that customers 'deal with a live person'.

Registration. The California Attorney General's page says sellers of travel must register with that office and to ask the agency for its registration acknowledgement and check the expiration date. This site did not complete the Attorney General's Seller Search (its form could not be submitted through the read-only tools used); the license number above comes from the company's website and the BBB profile.

Airline agency number. The Contacts page says: 'ARC-accredited agency that meets strict industry standards. Our ARC number is 08767290.' This is a company statement; it was not checked with ARC.

Skylux Travel complaint record: BBB, Trustpilot and ComplaintsBoard as displayed October 12, 2026

This site's archive. No approved complaints in this site's archive were identified as being about Skylux Travel, searching the archive for the names Skylux, Sky Lux, Luxury Travel Services and Dyninno and the 855-507-9770 number on October 12, 2026. Complaint themes are therefore not shown.

BBB, as displayed on October 12, 2026. BBB shows rating A+, BBB Accredited, '252 total complaints in the last 3 years' and '96 complaints filed in the last 12 months', and customer reviews of 4.7 out of 5 stars with 'Average of 1,025 Customer Reviews'. On the first page of the BBB complaint list (10 most recent complaints displayed), BBB labels 6 as Product Issues, 3 as Service or Repair Issues and 1 as Billing Issues, with 8 shown as Answered and 2 as Resolved; this is a count of that one page only, not of all 252. BBB's profile note says its file for SkyLux Travel opened in April 2014 and 'A review of complaints was completed in February 2026'. The most recent complaint displayed, dated 09/21/2026, says the consumer bought two tickets with an add-on protection product and disputes the advice received about leaving unused tickets open; this is the consumer's allegation as displayed by BBB, and BBB shows its status as Answered.

Trustpilot, as displayed on October 12, 2026. The profile is labelled 'Claimed profile' with a 'Paid Trustpilot subscription' label, shows 4.8 from 29,058 reviews, says the company invites customers to review 'whether positive or negative', and shows 'Replied to 100% of negative reviews' and 'Typically replies within 24 hours'. Trustpilot says it does not fact-check reviews.

ComplaintsBoard, as displayed on October 12, 2026. The page shows 13 reviews and 22 complaints.

These counts come from different platforms with different rules for collecting reviews and are not added together or compared here.

Is Skylux Travel Legitimate?

The name Skylux Travel maps to an identifiable seller: the home page footer names Luxury Travel Services, LLC (CST 2119950-40) as the seller of the displayed products and Dyninno Management (DIFC) Ltd as the operator of the website; BBB lists the business at 533 Airport Blvd, Suite 400, Burlingame, CA with the alternate name Luxury Travel Services, LLC, and shows it as BBB Accredited with rating A+ as displayed on October 12, 2026.

Records checked. On October 12, 2026, CourtListener RECAP search pages (rendered through a text renderer) were opened for 'Skylux Travel' (3 dockets), 'Luxury Travel Services' (6 dockets) and 'Dyninno' (2 dockets). In the 'Skylux Travel' results the name appears in filed documents of other cases (a search-warrant filing and a letter in a criminal case), and none of the case names shown in the three searches names Skylux Travel or Luxury Travel Services, LLC. These dockets are not described further. The FTC, CFPB and state regulator enforcement databases, the California Attorney General Seller Search and state court dockets were not searched or could not be searched, so this is a scoped note about those CourtListener results, not a finding that no case or regulator action exists.

DOT data. The U.S. Department of Transportation's Air Travel Consumer Report for August 2026 (Table 5, travel agents, January to June 2026) lists 'SkyLux Travel' with 25 complaint cases: 16 in the refunds column, 5 in reservations/ticketing/boarding and 3 in fares, with one case in another column of the table. DOT defines refunds as 'Problems in obtaining refunds for unused or lost tickets, fare adjustments, or bankruptcies.' These are complaint cases received by DOT, not findings, and the figure is a separate count from BBB, Trustpilot or ComplaintsBoard.

The Website Terms and the home page footer describe the roles of the two named companies differently (see the 'what to do' section), so confirm in your own booking documents which entity is the seller of your ticket. Skylux's savings and review figures are the company's marketing statements; see the complaint-record section for BBB and Trustpilot figures as displayed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who owns and operates Skylux Travel?

The Skylux home page footer says: 'The Website is operated by Dyninno Management (DIFC) Ltd.' and that travel products displayed are 'offered and sold by Luxury Travel Services, LLC (CST 2119950-40)'. BBB lists Luxury Travel Services, LLC as an alternate name of Skylux Travel, 533 Airport Blvd, Suite 400, Burlingame, CA 94010. Ownership of either company was not stated on the pages checked.

Is Skylux Travel BBB accredited and what is its BBB rating?

As displayed on October 12, 2026, BBB shows Skylux Travel as BBB Accredited with rating A+, 252 total complaints in the last 3 years, 96 complaints filed in the last 12 months and an average of 1,025 customer reviews at 4.7 out of 5 stars. Raw BBB page data shows accreditation since January 9, 2015.

How do I contact Skylux Travel about a booking problem?

The Contacts page (US/CA) lists Reservations 855-507-9770 ([email protected]) and Customer Service 855-507-9771 ([email protected]). The Terms say written notice of a dispute is to be sent to [email protected], describing the claim and the relief sought, with 30 days for the parties to reach agreement.

Is Skylux Travel the seller of the airline ticket or only a website?

Skylux's pages describe it two ways. The footer says products are 'offered and sold by Luxury Travel Services, LLC (CST 2119950-40)'. The Website General Terms (last updated 1 January 2026) say 'We only provide the Services and do not make any sale of goods or services to you' and that the contract is with the Travel Provider. Both statements are quoted as published; your confirmation documents show who issued your ticket.

How do I get a refund or change a Skylux Travel ticket?

The Terms say the airline's terms and conditions of carriage and 'Additional Terms' apply to a booking and that charges beyond the displayed price may apply. The home page fine print on advertised fares says: 'The fares are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.' No standalone Skylux refund policy page was identified among the pages opened on October 12, 2026, and the seller's purchase terms referred to by the footer were not read for this page. Contact Skylux in writing with your booking reference; if unresolved, DOT's complaint page says DOT directs the identified airline and/or ticket agent to respond to you.

Where can I file a complaint about Skylux Travel?

Options published by the agencies: the DOT Aviation Consumer Protection complaint form (it says DOT will direct the identified airline and/or ticket agent to respond), the California Attorney General's seller-of-travel program (the page lists an online complaint option) and BBB's complaint form on the Skylux profile. You may also dispute a card charge with your card issuer. DOT's August 2026 Air Travel Consumer Report lists 25 complaint cases received about 'SkyLux Travel' for January to June 2026.

Is Skylux Travel registered as a seller of travel in California?

The home page footer shows 'CST 2119950-40' for Luxury Travel Services, LLC, and the BBB profile lists license number 2119950 issued by the California Attorney General / Seller Of Travel with an expiration date of 3/19/2027 as displayed. The California Attorney General's page says sellers of travel must register and offers a Seller Search; this site did not complete that search. The Contacts page separately states an ARC agency number (08767290), a company statement.

What does Trustpilot show for Skylux Travel?

Skylux Travel's Trustpilot page (www.skyluxtravel.com), as displayed on October 12, 2026, shows a score of 4.8 across 29,058 reviews. The profile is claimed and carries a 'Paid Trustpilot subscription' label; the page states that the business invites reviews and that replies to negative reviews are typical within 24 hours. Trustpilot states it does not fact-check reviews, and its figures are kept separate from BBB's.
