Orders, refunds, event cancellations and contacts: the company's own routes

The pages below were opened on 2026-10-11. Premium Seats USA describes itself as a marketplace: its Terms say it 'acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers' and that the marketplace 'is not the ticket seller', and the site footer says 'Premium Seats USA is an online marketplace, not a venue or box office.' The company says it is not affiliated with Ticketmaster or any team, venue or box office.

How to contact the company. The visible channel on the company's site is the Contact Us form, which the page describes as 'Our team is available throughout the week to assist you directly via our Contact Us form.' The telephone number (866) 312-9295 is listed by BBB; as of 2026-10-11 it is not displayed on the company's own pages (in the page source it appears only inside HTML comments). The About Us page says customer service is available 'Monday to Friday 9am-7pm, and Saturdays 10am-6pm EST'. The Terms give a Denied Entry Claim Form address ([email protected]) for admission problems, to be used within 48 hours of the event date, and a mailing address in Fort Lauderdale for legal notices.

What the refund terms say. The Terms: 'All sales are final; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.' The Help Center article on VIP packages says they 'are unable to be refunded or cancelled' and that a buyer can gift the purchase or 'list the ticket portion of your package for resale'. Two further charges appear in the Terms: a reissue fee of '15% of the order total (maximum of $200.00)' if the company is asked to request replacement tickets from the seller, and the restocking fees mentioned below. Refunds are described only for cancelled events and for non-delivery or invalid tickets under the company's money-back guarantee (see below).

If an event is cancelled. The company's own pages are not worded identically:

  • Buyer Guarantee page: 'Premium Seats USA will issue you a 100% refund, less any delivery fees, if an event is cancelled with no reschedule date.' and, in its list of guarantees, 'If your event is cancelled with no reschedule date, you will receive a 100% refund, less any delivery fees'.
  • Terms of Use: 'we will refund the purchase price (less any shipping or delivery fees and less any possible restocking fees), or will issue a credit for use on a future purchase, as determined in our sole discretion'. The Terms also say a buyer 'must return their tickets as soon as possible, but in all cases, within two weeks of notice from Us that the event is deemed Cancelled', that 'No refunds will be given without the original tickets, unless otherwise determined by Us', and that the company 'in our sole discretion, will determine when an event is cancelled'.
  • Help Center ('What happens if my event is cancelled, postponed or rained out?'): 'If your event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, your order will be eligible for a full refund (less any applicable delivery fees).' For packages: 'you will receive a refund for all goods or services not yet delivered.'
  • Help Center ('What is the refund/return policy?' and the VIP package refund article): 'we will provide a refund in full for the amount you paid for the tickets less any delivery charges associated with the order.'

Postponed or rescheduled events. The Terms say postponed or rescheduled events 'will not be refunded or otherwise compensated' and that tickets remain valid for the later date; the Help Center says the same. Capacity reductions. The Terms add that if, for reasons 'related to the COVID-19 pandemic', the event organiser announces a seating or attendee capacity reduction 'of greater than 15%', the company reserves the right, at its sole option, to cancel tickets for eliminated seating locations or to deem the event cancelled in its entirety, with compensation 'nothing greater than the original purchase price'.

Money-back guarantee. The Terms describe a '100% Money Back Guarantee' (undelivered or replaced tickets) and a 200% guarantee for tickets that are not authentic or valid for entry, with listed exclusions; for packages, 'the only element covered by the 200% Premium Seats USA Money Back Guarantee is the ticket portion of the package.' A denied-entry claim requires proof that the tickets were not accepted (for example a letter or email from venue staff), and the Terms say 'Claims WILL NOT be accepted if User does not attempt to contact Us immediately after being told tickets would not be accepted for entry into the event'. The Terms also say that if entry fails because of a reason unrelated to authenticity, 'including but not limited to, User using the incorrect ticket to access an event, venue or box office staff errors, bar code scanner malfunctions or primary market ticket system failures, then no refunds shall be given unless otherwise determined in our sole discretion'. The claim refund is described as '200% of the original ticket price' plus 'a 100% refund of any service, shipping or other charges (less possible restocking fees)'.

Chargebacks. The Terms say a buyer 'will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner, including by seeking a chargeback', and that if a disputed charge is found valid the company may seek payment, 'including using collection agencies and legal proceedings', and refuse future purchases. Whether and how to dispute a charge is a matter between a cardholder and the card issuer's own rules.

Disputes with the company. The Terms require individual arbitration administered by JAMS and include a jury-trial and class-action waiver, and say that if the class-action waiver 'is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section will be null and void'. The Terms cite federal law and the Federal Arbitration Act, name Florida law for sales, and carve out Illinois law and a Chicago forum for disputes over the re-sale of tickets for Illinois events. To start arbitration the Terms say to send a letter to the Fort Lauderdale legal-notice address. Outside the company, a complaint can be filed with the Florida Attorney General (online form; telephone (850) 414-3990, toll-free within Florida 1-866-966-7226, per the AG's page) or with the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Regulators: what was and was not identified, and the FTC fee rule

Searches run on 2026-10-11. A search of the FTC Legal Library 'Cases and Proceedings' for the phrase "Premium Seats" returned 'No results found for these filters.' The Florida Attorney General's website search for "Premium Seats" returned 'Your search yielded no results.' (both read in a browser on 2026-10-11). No state attorney general, FTC or other regulator enforcement action naming Premium Seats USA was identified in the sources checked on 2026-10-11. This is a statement about those searches only; other agencies' records were not exhaustively searched.

Seller of Travel registration. The Terms state the company is 'registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST36555', and BBB lists license ST36555 issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and license 48047 issued by the City of Hollywood. The registration itself was not looked up on the state's licensing system for this page.

FTC rule on ticket fees. Under FTC staff's published FAQ, 'Effective May 12, 2025, the FTC's Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees, 16 C.F.R. Part 464, prohibits bait-and-switch pricing and other tactics used to obscure and misrepresent total prices and fees for live-event tickets and short-term lodging', and the Rule 'covers any business that offers, displays, or advertises live-event tickets ... including third-party platforms, resellers'. This describes the rule that applies to the industry; it is not a finding about Premium Seats USA. The Terms say the checkout page shows 'the total order price which will include service and delivery fees and any applicable taxes'; the checkout flow was not tested for this page.

Who operates Premium Seats USA

Florida's Division of Corporations lists Premium Seats USA, LLC as an active Florida limited liability company (document number L05000103511, filed 10/20/2005), with its principal and mailing address at 2598 East Sunrise Blvd., Suite 2104, Fort Lauderdale, and an annual report filed on 04/15/2026.

The registry lists James Siegendorf as 'President & CEO' and Lena Siegendorf as 'COO' (authorized persons), with Craig M. Dorne, PA, Coral Gables, as registered agent; BBB lists 'Mrs. Lena Siegendorf, COO' as business management. The About Us page displays a BBB seal image titled 'Click for the BBB Business Review of this Entertainment Bureaus in Hollywood FL'; BBB's profile says 'This business is NOT BBB Accredited.' Both statements are reported as displayed on 2026-10-11, with no inference drawn.

The company's wording is not uniform: the Terms of Use call the operator 'Premium Seats USA, Inc.', the Privacy Policy and the legal-notice address block say 'Premium Seats USA, LLC', and the BBB profile is titled 'Premium Seats USA LLC' at 2450 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, Florida. A 2020 federal complaint also named 'Premium Seats USA, LLC' as a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Lauderdale. The registry record on 2026-10-11 is for an LLC.

The company's websites include premiumseatsusa.com, premiumseatsusa.net and premiumexperiencesusa.com (per the Terms). BBB lists the alternate names MiamiDolphinsTickets.com, Red Carpet Event Hospitality, Premium Experiences USA and Las Vegas Enterprises. The company says it has access to 'over 65,000 live events' and sells VIP and fan-experience packages (which can bundle a ticket in a seating zone with hospitality, merchandise or travel items). Its Help Center says package tickets are sold as zone seating: 'exact locations and seat numbers are not designated at the time of sale but rather allotted to each order closer to the event date.'

In a response posted on BBB on 2024-11-20, the company said it is 'not the merchant of record' for one order placed on SeatGeek and that 'Premium Seats USA is a secondary marketing website that resells tickets and packages through multiple marketplaces'. The company is a different business from the venues, teams, artists and primary ticket sellers whose events it lists, and from other resale marketplaces.

What complainants and review sites show

BBB (as displayed on 2026-10-11, BBB profile for Premium Seats USA LLC, Hollywood, FL). Rating A+; 'NOT BBB Accredited'; '5 total complaints in the last 3 years' and '0 complaints filed in the last 12 months'; reviews tab '1 /5 stars, Average of 3 Customer Reviews'. BBB's raw page data gives file opened 2007-03-13, business started 2006-05-03, incorporated 2005-10-20. BBB's complaint types for the five displayed complaints are Product Issues (3), Service or Repair Issues (1) and Sales and Advertising Issues (1). The company responded to each ('Answered'). As described in the complaint texts and the company's displayed replies:

  • 2025-03-23: a buyer of a 'VIP' package said the seats were in almost the last row of the section; the company said the package was zone seating, that row placement is not confirmed until close to the event, and that the party was kept together. The buyer rejected the response.
  • 2024-12-09: a buyer disputed an order, saying the tickets received did not match what the website listed; the company said a technical error was identified, a full refund was offered but was held while a chargeback was active, and it was being processed after the chargeback cleared on 2025-01-06.
  • 2024-11-18: a buyer who bought a 'Diamond Fan Package' on SeatGeek said it was described in a way that suggested VIP admission and contained a general admission ticket; the company said it was the fulfillment team, not the merchant of record, and that inclusions were detailed in the seller notes.
  • 2024-02-03: a buyer said package merchandise and a food/drink voucher were not delivered; the company said merchandise ships after the event and the voucher was emailed as a gift card on January 24 and re-sent on February 5.
  • 2023-11-30: a buyer said fees were not shown at checkout; the company said fees and discounts are shown with the total before purchase and that orders cannot be refunded after confirmation under the Terms.

BBB also displays three customer reviews. One 1-star review dated 2024-11-05 says the reviewer's 'post game field pass and access was cancelled' and that no refund was given (the reviewer states the event was cancelled; the review text also says the company 'used the game as evidence event wasn't cancelled'); the company's displayed reply, dated 2024-11-06, begins 'Our records indicate that we do not have any orders from this customer'. Reviews and complaints are unverified statements by their authors.

Trustpilot (as displayed on 2026-10-11). 'Claimed profile - January 2019'; 39 reviews with a displayed score of 2.4 (5-star 38 percent, 4-star 8, 3-star 0, 2-star 3, 1-star 51). Trustpilot shows 'No recent history of asking for reviews. This company hasn't invited customers recently, so reviews may not be representative' and 'Hasn't replied to negative reviews'. Trustpilot states it does not fact-check reviews. Recent reviews include buyers who describe VIP or package tickets that were general admission or seated further back than expected, and at least one reviewer who describes a positive experience. The BBB and Trustpilot figures come from different review pools and are not combined.

Archive complaints on this site. Two approved posts from 2012 are about Premium Seats USA. One alleges that a phone sale described VIP seating and a pre-show dinner but a general admission ticket and an itinerary without a location arrived, that a service fee of $81.78 was charged, and that staff replied all sales were final. The other alleges that a concert VIP package (parking, pre-show performance, brunch and VIP seating) did not include several advertised items. A 2007 archive post about LetsGetTickets.com alleges, without documents, that LetsGetTickets.com and premiumseatsusa.com are owned by the same company; that ownership statement was not verified and is not repeated as fact here. All are allegations by their authors.

Court cases

A CourtListener search for 'Premium Seats USA' run on 2026-10-11 returned three dockets. Only one names the company as a party:

Bryant v. Premium Seats USA, LLC, No. 0:20-cv-62187 (S.D. Fla.). Filed 2020-10-27 as a putative class action by a Tennessee resident. The complaint alleged that, after COVID-19 event cancellations, the company withheld refunds that its Terms promised, and asserted breach of contract, breach of implied contract, conversion and unjust enrichment. These were the plaintiff's allegations. The docket shows a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal and an Order Dismissing Case in December 2020 (docket entries dated 2020-12-22; CourtListener lists the termination date as 2020-12-21). No class was certified and no ruling on the merits appears in the docket entries. The docket listing does not state whether any private resolution occurred.

The other two search results are dockets in the 2009 bankruptcy case of Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, PA (S.D. Fla.), where a 2011 entry is a trustee's notice of a Rule 2004 examination of a 'Corporate Representative of Premium Seats USA, LLC'. A Rule 2004 examination is a discovery tool in bankruptcy cases; the entry does not state why the company's representative was noticed, and no inference is drawn here.

No other lawsuit naming the company was identified in the sources checked on 2026-10-11.

Is Premium Seats USA Legitimate?

Florida's registry lists Premium Seats USA, LLC as an active Florida limited liability company filed in 2005 with an annual report filed on 04/15/2026, and the company's Terms give a Florida Seller of Travel registration number (ST36555) and a physical legal-notice address in Fort Lauderdale. BBB lists the business with an A+ rating, not accredited, and has displayed a file for it since 2007 (raw page data).

The documented record also includes five BBB complaints in the last three years (none in the last 12 months), a 2.4 Trustpilot score from 39 reviews, a 2020 class-action complaint that was voluntarily dismissed, and 2012 archive complaints, all of which are allegations. The company's own terms state that all sales are final, that package tickets are in seating zones rather than exact seats, that cancelled events are refunded less delivery fees (with differing wording across its pages), and that disputes go to individual arbitration. No regulator enforcement action naming the company was identified in the searches described above. Buyers can compare the policy pages above with the listing and order confirmation before paying.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who operates Premium Seats USA?

Florida's Division of Corporations lists Premium Seats USA, LLC (document number L05000103511, filed 10/20/2005) with a principal address at 2598 East Sunrise Blvd., Suite 2104, Fort Lauderdale. The Terms of Use call the operator 'Premium Seats USA, Inc.' and the BBB lists a Hollywood, Florida address; the registry record is for an LLC.

Is Premium Seats USA the venue or the primary ticket seller?

The company's Terms say it 'acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers' and the footer says it is 'an online marketplace, not a venue or box office'. The About Us page says the company is 'not affiliated with Ticketmaster or any team, venue, or box office'. Prices may be above or below face value, and the Terms state that service and delivery fees are added at checkout.

Can an order be refunded or cancelled after purchase?

The Terms say 'All sales are final; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.' The Help Center article on changes and refunds says 'we're unable to refund, cancel, or exchange tickets once an order is confirmed' and that buyers 'can list them for sale'. A separate Help Center article says VIP packages 'are unable to be refunded or cancelled' unless the event is cancelled and mentions gifting or listing the ticket portion for resale. The company's guarantee covers non-delivery, invalid tickets and cancelled events, with conditions.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

The Buyer Guarantee page says a 100% refund less delivery fees if an event is cancelled with no reschedule date. The Terms say the purchase price less shipping or delivery fees and possible restocking fees will be refunded 'or will issue a credit for use on a future purchase, as determined in our sole discretion', and that tickets must be returned within two weeks of notice. Postponed or rescheduled events are not refunded under the Terms.

Are VIP package seats guaranteed in an exact row?

The Help Center says package tickets are sold as zone seating: exact seat locations 'are not designated at the time of sale but rather allotted to each order closer to the event date'. A separate Help Center article says: 'Since the tickets delivered are within the packages described zone, the tickets are unable to be exchanged or refunded.' In its 2025 BBB reply the company said that if a particular row or range of rows is guaranteed within a package, it is stated in the package description.

What does the 200% guarantee require if tickets are rejected at the gate?

The Terms say a denied-entry claim must be submitted on a Denied Entry Claim Form to the claims address within 48 hours of the event date, with proof such as a letter or email from venue staff that the tickets were not accepted because of their authenticity. For packages only the ticket portion is covered, and claims are 'processed, verified, and honored at the sole discretion of Us' per the Terms. The Terms also say 'Claims WILL NOT be accepted if User does not attempt to contact Us immediately after being told tickets would not be accepted for entry into the event', and list exclusions such as 'bar code scanner malfunctions or primary market ticket system failures'.

What do the Terms say about chargebacks?

The Terms say a buyer agrees not to seek a chargeback to evade refund prohibitions, and that if a disputed charge is found valid the company may pursue payment through collection agencies and legal proceedings and refuse future purchases. Cardholder dispute rights are set by the card issuer; in a December 2024 BBB reply the company said a refund it had offered was held while a chargeback was active.

Where can a complaint about Premium Seats USA be filed?

Options include the company's Contact Us form (the phone number (866) 312-9295 is listed by BBB and was not displayed on the company's own pages on 2026-10-11), a BBB complaint, the Florida Attorney General's consumer complaint form (telephone (850) 414-3990 or toll-free within Florida 1-866-966-7226 per the AG page) and the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. The Terms require individual arbitration administered by JAMS for disputes with the company.

Has a regulator taken action against Premium Seats USA?

No FTC or Florida Attorney General action naming Premium Seats USA was identified in the searches run on 2026-10-11 (FTC Cases and Proceedings search for 'Premium Seats'; Florida AG website search). This describes those searches only. A 2020 private class-action complaint was voluntarily dismissed in December 2020.
