Complaints and Reviews About O Positiv
No published complaint reports are currently linked to this profile.
Better Business Bureau. BBB lists the company as O Positiv Inc in Los Angeles, rates it F and shows it as not BBB Accredited. Among the reasons BBB gives for the rating are the number of complaints filed against the business and complaints the business did not respond to. BBB records a business start date of July 14, 2017; Reuters reported that the brand was launched in 2018.
Trustpilot. The opositiv.com page on Trustpilot is claimed by the company and holds only a small number of reviews; Trustpilot notes that the company has not invited customers to review it recently and has not replied to negative reviews.
Reviews on the company's own site. The product pages show star ratings and review counts through Yotpo, a review service used by online stores, and label some reviewers "Verified Buyer". These are reviews of the brand's own store, separate from independent sites such as BBB and Trustpilot.

Submit a ComplaintHow to Cancel, Skip or Change an O Positiv Subscription
The steps the company gives. The Terms of Service say: "If you want to cancel your subscription, please log in to your account, go to the “Manage Subscriptions” page here, and select the Subscription you would like to cancel.
More detailShow less
You may also contact us at [email protected]." The same section says you may update the date of your next delivery or skip an upcoming delivery and "will not be charged for skipped deliveries." The product pages describe the monthly-delivery option as "Easily Edit, Skip, or Cancel Anytime". To cancel by email, include the order number and the email address used for the order, and keep the confirmation you receive.
Timing. The Terms (section "Automatic Renewal and Cancellation of Subscription Policy", page last updated 10/20/2025) say: "YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE IT RENEWS TO AVOID INCURRING A SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE NEXT RENEWAL TERM."
More detailShow less
They also say payments "ARE CHARGED ON THE DAY YOU SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION" and that the subscription renews monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly, depending on the option chosen, and "WILL CONTINUE INDEFINITELY UNTIL CANCELLED BY YOU" or terminated by the company. You may cancel at any time; the Terms say the account stays active for the rest of the billing cycle, and once you cancel before a renewal the company "will not charge your payment provider for the subsequent renewal period."
Billing period and price changes. The Terms of Service allow monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly renewals, while the separate Subscription Policy page describes the subscription fee as monthly. The Subscription Policy says the company "will notify you of any changes to the cost prior to billing you", and the Terms say a change to the renewal price or terms is announced in writing before the next renewal term begins.
Bought from a retailer? These terms and the Manage Subscriptions page cover orders placed on opositiv.com. A subscription or order placed through Amazon, Target, Walmart or another store is changed or cancelled in that store's own account.
Price of repeat deliveries. Per the Terms, the amount charged for repeat deliveries "may differ" from the first order if coupon or promo codes are used or if the company updates prices.
$5 Credit Club. This is a separate free membership, not a subscription: it can be added at checkout to a one-time purchase on opositiv.com. Its terms, in the Terms of Service section "$5 Credit Club - Membership Terms & Conditions", say memberships "do not automatically renew and cannot be canceled after you have joined", that a $5 credit is issued every 90 days, and that credits expire 60 days after issuance and cannot be used on existing subscription purchases.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Shipping Problems
Refund Policy page, "30-day Happiness Guarantee". It says: "If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request to be refunded for up to two bottles within 30 days of your very first purchase." The refund goes to the form of payment used, and, "Unless otherwise instructed, you do not need to return the bottle(s) to receive the refund." It adds: "shipping is non-refundable and refunds do not include the cost of shipping." To ask for a refund, email [email protected]; the policy ends with "Refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion."
Older purchases. The Refund Policy page says that for purchases made before October 1, 2025, "our previous 60-day happiness guarantee remains in effect."
What the 30 days cover. The window is measured from your very first purchase and the refund is limited to two bottles. The Terms of Service (section "Refunds") state the same policy and describe it as a chance to "try our products for 1 month".
Late, lost or damaged orders. The Shipping Policy says that if an ordered product does not arrive in the continental United States within a month of the order without notice of justifiable delay, or arrives damaged, broken or otherwise defective, O Positiv "will work with you to address whatever issue you may have."

The Terms also say the buyer is responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments and that risk of loss passes to the buyer when the carrier receives the package.
If You Were Charged After Cancelling or Need Help
- Write to the company first. Email [email protected] with the order number, the email address on the account, the date you cancelled and a screenshot of the Manage Subscriptions page or the cancellation email. The Terms give this address for questions about "automatic renewal, your Subscription, or our cancellation procedures".
- Dispute with your card issuer. The FTC advises that if a company keeps charging after you tried to cancel, you can file a dispute with your credit or debit card company online, by phone or in writing. For credit cards, a written billing-error notice must reach the issuer within 60 days after the first bill showing the error was sent, according to the FTC.
- Report to the FTC. The FTC says to report a subscription you did not agree to at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
- State consumer offices. Your state attorney general's consumer protection office takes complaints about billing and advertising. The company's mailing address is in Los Angeles, and the California Attorney General also accepts consumer complaints about California businesses. For California residents, the Terms name the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.
- Bought from a retailer? The steps on this page and the refund policy apply to orders placed on opositiv.com. An order or subscription placed through Amazon, Target, Walmart or another store is handled in that store's account and under its return rules.
- BBB. A complaint can be filed on the BBB business profile for O Positiv Inc, which forwards it to the company for a reply.
- Health reactions. For an adverse reaction to a dietary supplement, the FDA directs consumers to its Safety Reporting Portal. The O Positiv site carries the notice "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."
Lawsuits Naming O Positiv
URO marketing class action (dismissed). Taylor v. O Positiv, Inc. was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on June 10, 2025 (case 1:25-cv-03232). A June 2025 class-action newsletter from the law firm Juris Law Group summarizes the complaint by Jasmine Taylor and Dawn Noguera: they alleged that URO Vaginal Probiotic Capsules were marketed as effective for vaginal odor, taste and other symptoms without reliable clinical support, in violation of New York and California consumer protection laws, and sought class status and damages above $5 million. The plaintiffs filed a notice of voluntary dismissal on July 15, 2025, and the case was closed that day, without a court ruling on the claims.

Terms of Service: Arbitration, Class Actions and Time Limit
Terms of Service, last updated 10/20/2025. The Terms have no section numbers, so clauses are cited by heading; unless stated, the clause is under "Arbitration, Choice of Law, and Venue".
- Arbitration. Any dispute "shall be submitted to and settled exclusively by binding arbitration" under the American Arbitration Association's rules, held in Orange County, Florida, and decided under Florida law. The clause contains no opt-out period.
- Mediation first, where required. The arbitration duty applies subject to any legal requirement that the parties first try preliminary, non-binding mediation or arbitration.
- Class actions. Unless you and the company agree otherwise, "EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING", and both sides waive jury trial.
- Costs. Costs and attorneys' fees of an arbitration are borne by "the party determined to be liable", shared in proportion to liability if neither side is wholly liable.
- If arbitration is unavailable. Exclusive venue is a state or federal court in Orange County, Florida; the laws of the United States and Florida govern.
- Deadline (section "Additional Terms"). Any claim "must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred", to the extent the law allows.
- California residents. The Terms (section "Products, Pricing, and Purchases") give the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

The Refund Policy lets you request a refund of up to two bottles within 30 days of your very first purchase, paid to the original form of payment. Unless told otherwise you do not need to return the bottles, shipping is not refunded, and refunds are issued at the company's sole discretion. Request one by emailing [email protected].
