Who you are dealing with. The site's footer says Mission Lane LLC 'provides services for your Account, but is not a bank,' and that the Mission Lane Visa is issued by Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc. dba TAB Bank, Member FDIC, or WebBank.
More detailShow less
The footer says the issuing bank is identified on the back of your card and in your Cardholder Agreement, which governs the account. Check which bank issued your card before reading its terms.
Contact. Mission Lane's Contact Us page says to call the number on the back of your card, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm ET, or send a secure message; for sign-in trouble it gives [email protected], to be sent from the address tied to the account.

Payments go to Mission Lane LLC, PO Box 71084, Charlotte, NC 28272-1084, and general correspondence to Mission Lane LLC, PO Box 105286, Atlanta, GA 30348-5286.
Disputing a charge. The Help Center article distinguishes a merchant dispute (for example charged twice, a charge that continues after cancellation, merchandise or service not received) from a fraud dispute for unauthorized transactions, for which it says you may be asked for a police report if the card was lost or stolen.
More detailShow less
It says: 'For fastest resolution, call us at (866) 326-5115,' or write to Mission Lane, Attn: Billing Disputes, PO Box 105286, Atlanta, GA 30348, giving your name and the last four digits of the account number, the dollar amount of the suspected error and a description of why you believe it is a mistake.
Closing the account. The Help Center says there are two ways to request closure: send a Secure Message after logging in, or call the number on the back of the card Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm ET.
More detailShow less
It adds: 'Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.' That page does not say what happens to an unpaid balance. The TAB Bank Cardholder Agreement (opened October 22, 2026) says: 'You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at 855-790-8860 or [email protected].' It also says: 'You must still pay us all amounts you owe—even for transactions that post to your Account after it's been closed or suspended – and the Agreement remains in effect until you pay the outstanding balance,' and 'We may close or suspend your Account at our discretion at any time.'
Credit limit. The Help Center article on credit limit increases says: 'requests for credit limit increases are not accepted. Instead, your account is automatically reviewed on a regular basis'; 'Your first automatic evaluation will be 7 months after you become a customer'; and 'a credit limit increase is generally only granted once every 8 months.'
Past-due payments. The Help Center's past-due article says that while an account is past due the card cannot be used and fees or interest may accrue, and that Mission Lane 'may report your account as past due to the credit bureaus if your payment is 30 or more days past due.' It invites customers who cannot pay in full to call.
Key terms in the TAB Bank Cardholder Agreement. The rates and fees table on the TAB Bank-issued Mission Lane Visa agreement page (opened October 22, 2026) shows purchase and cash advance APRs of 19.99 percent to 33.99 percent, an annual fee of $0 to $59, late and returned payment fees of up to $41, a cash advance fee of either $5 or 8 percent of the advance (whichever is greater), a foreign transaction fee of 0 to 3 percent, a minimum interest charge of $0.50, and a due date at least 23 days after the close of each billing cycle. The agreement contains an arbitration agreement under which either side may require arbitration, with no jury trial and no class action; it says a customer may opt out by mailing a signed notice to Mission Lane LLC, PO Box 105286, Atlanta, GA 30348, Attn: Arbitration Rejection Notice, received within sixty calendar days of the later of the application date or the date the agreement was made available.

It also describes a 60-day pre-filing period after a claim notice. The agreement says the annual fee 'is applied to your account at the end of the first billing cycle in which you make a transaction and will reduce the amount of credit you initially have available,' and that 'You may still reject this plan, provided that you have not yet used the account or paid a fee after receiving a billing statement.' It says it 'is entered into between you and us in the State of Utah and we extend credit to you from Utah,' and that 'We may increase or decrease your Account credit limit or your Cash Advance credit limit without advance notice.' Its definition of a claim excludes individual actions brought in small claims court. The WebBank-issued and Secured Visa agreements are separate documents, and terms can differ by card and by account.

Where to complain outside the company. The Cardholder Agreement points to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's website (consumerfinance.gov/learnmore) for information about credit cards, and the CFPB runs a public consumer complaint database. Mission Lane's cards are issued by banks, so a complaint can also concern the issuing bank. BBB's complaints tab has a 'Submit a Complaint' link.
Mission Lane regulators and the sources checked on October 22, 2026
State licenses. Mission Lane's Licenses page lists NMLS ID 1857501 'in some, but not all states' and licenses or registrations in Arizona (Consumer Lender License Nos. National bank charter (the company's announcement). Mission Lane's news page says that Mission Lane Bank, N.A. (in organization) 'has received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency for a new CEBA credit card bank charter,' that there is 'more work to be done to satisfy the remaining conditions ahead of full approval,' and that existing customers 'will see no disruption to their accounts, credit lines, or app experience.' The page also refers to a 'current 45-states footprint' and 'deep, collaborative relationships with our current bank partners, TAB Bank and WebBank.' The news page is undated. Banking Dive reported on September 28, 2026 that the OCC announced the conditional approval the preceding Friday, and, citing the OCC, that Mission Lane Bank must have $35 million of initial paid-in capital raised within 12 months and must maintain a tier 1 leverage ratio of at least 11% throughout its first three years of operation.
Enforcement. A title search of the CFPB enforcement actions page on October 22, 2026 returned no results for 'Mission Lane'.
CFPB complaint database. In the CFPB consumer complaint database's company search opened on October 22, 2026, a suggestion lookup and company filter for 'Mission Lane', 'Mission Lane LLC' and 'Transportation Alliance' returned no matching company, so no CFPB complaint count is shown for Mission Lane on this page. This does not show that no complaints about the cards were filed; they may be recorded under another company name.
Court filings naming Mission Lane (checked October 22, 2026)
CourtListener presented a human-verification check on October 22, 2026, so dockets were checked through Justia. A filing is an allegation, not a finding. Only one docket was opened and read: Terrell v. Mission Lane LLC et al., No. 9:2026cv80800 (S.D. Fla.). The docket lists the nature of suit as consumer credit and the cause of action as a removal petition citing the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The claims themselves are those in the plaintiff's state-court complaint, which was not read. The subjects of the other listed cases are not described here, and state-court cases may also exist.
