Heineken USA complaints: rebates, product problems and privacy requests

  • Check a rebate. The Heineken USA Rebates FAQ says: "Please allow 6 - 8 weeks to receive your rebate" and "You can visit heinekenusarebates.com to view the status of your rebate.

  • Read the terms of your offer. Each offer has its own terms page. For the "Heineken 12-pack & Gas Save $15 - 2026" offer (read 2026-10-20) the terms say a $15 rebate requires "ONE (1) participating Heineken 12-pack or larger (priced $15.01 or more) and $15.01 min gas spend or In-Store Items", "Maximum of one (1) rebate per household per month", receipts "dated between 01/01/26 and 12/31/26" and requests "received by 01/31/27". The mail-in option asks for "a 3x5 card with name, address, city, state, zip and birthdate, along with cash register receipts" sent to the PO Box named in those terms. Other offers have different amounts, states and dates. The same terms say the buyer must be "A RESIDENT OF A VALID STATE AND AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF PURCHASE", list 36 jurisdictions where the offer is valid (AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY), state that "Rebate claims from purchases made at grocery stores with restaurant licenses will not be accepted", that the "RECEIPT SHOULD CLEARLY DESIGNATE THE RETAILER WHERE PURCHASED", and "Void where taxed or prohibited by law".

    The FAQ says you "may only submit one (1) rebate redemption per each web submission" and that multiple valid purchases must be made in different transactions. For that 2026 offer the mail-in address is PO Box 2809, Dept. R702082, Grand Rapids MN 55745-2809.

  • Keep records. Keep the receipt, a copy of the submission and its confirmation number, any rejection notice and the date of each contact. Heineken USA answered each of the four BBB complaints through BBB; its responses are summarized in the complaint record section.
  • Contaminated or damaged product.
