GlockStore complaints: cancel, return, refund and where else to complain
Checked on 2026-10-18 against the company's Shipping and Returns page (glockstore.com/shipping-and-returns), its Terms of Use and its footer. Keep your order number, the confirmation email, any tracking email, and dated notes of each call or email.
- Cancel an order. The page says: "Until your order is shipped, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund." Cancellation is requested at [email protected] or through the Contact Us page, with the order number, or by phone at (800) 601-8273. It also says: "your order HAS NOT been cancelled until you receive a cancellation email from us." The page states two firearm terms: the cancellation section says "Order cancellations for firearms are subject to a 15% restocking fee after 24 hours and may not be eligable for cancellation if they are too far along in processing" (spelling as on the page), while the firearm section of the same page says: "Any cancellations, exchanges or returns BEFORE you take possession of the firearm are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping charges, to cover our costs."
- Card holds and refund posting. The page says: "If you cancel BEFORE we have BILLED you, the HOLD can remain on your account for 3 to 5 days, depending on the individual Credit Card companies policy." If the order was already billed, it says refunds go to the original payment method and "the refund can take up to 48 Hours to post to your Credit Card account."
- Return an item. The page offers a "30-day money back guarantee" on most items for non-defective returns that are unused, unworn and in original undamaged packaging, subject to listed exceptions, and says: "Returns/exchanges CANNOT be accepted without an RMA#." Email [email protected] or call (800) 601-8273 for the RMA; the page says: "An issued RMA will expire after 30 days. Any packages received after the RMA has expired will be refused and sent back." Returns go to Returns, 1930 Air Lane Drive, Nashville, TN 37210.
- Refund timing. The page says refunds go to the original payment method, and: "Please allow 7-10 business days after the receipt of your return to see the refund on your credit card." Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Items that did not arrive or arrived damaged. The page says to contact the company right away; for FedEx or USPS shipments a claim is made through the carrier, and "Most claims are settled within 10 to 14 days." Replacement orders are not processed until the carrier's investigation is complete. For defective items the page says: "If the item is defective, ie, does not function, we will accept it within the 30 day period only." (The separate instruction to call (800) 601-8273 "within 30 days of receipt for a replacement" appears in the page's DVD paragraph.)
- Order tracking. The page says: "Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from FedEx or USPS with your tracking number," and that these emails "sometimes get caught in spam." The site footer links "Track your Order".
- Holiday returns. The page says that for gifts purchased during November and December "we will extend our return policy until January 14th."
- Firearms. Firearms ship only to a designated FFL dealer; the page lists a flat $25 second-day-air fee and says that after you take possession of a firearm you cannot return it unless there is a mechanical or manufacturing defect. The section headed "Custom Gun Builds and Gunsmithing" says: "there are NO REFUNDS on custom gun builds. Once you order the work to be performed there is no recourse or refund available."
- Dispute terms. The Terms of Use say users "will not seek to litigate any claims against GlockStore or any of its affiliates, existing now or in the future, on a class action or representative party basis" and that claims "must be brought by you exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the County of Davidson, State of Tennessee." The same Terms say they are "governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah" and later refer to "Tennessee law as the governing law"; both statements are on the page as written.
- Outside the company. BBB accepts complaints through its profile for Glockstore in Nashville. The FTC takes reports of bad business practices at reportfraud.ftc.gov. We did not open a Tennessee state agency complaint page that loaded, so none is quoted here.
BBB and Trustpilot figures are shown once, in the complaint-record section below.
Government cases naming GS Performance, LLC
Two state attorney general matters name GS Performance, LLC. Both are described below in the attorney general's own words; they are government allegations and court-ordered interim steps, and this page does not treat either as a finding of liability. Their final outcomes were not verified on 2026-10-18.
- New York. A New York Attorney General press release dated March 9, 2023 says the Attorney General released a statement "after securing a court order to immediately stop 10 national gun distributors from selling and shipping unfinished frames and receivers ... into New York," and lists "G.S. Performance, LLC (Glockstore)" among them. It says the Attorney General filed a motion for a preliminary injunction in January and "Last June" filed a lawsuit against those 10 distributors, and that the case "is pending in the Southern District of New York." The Justia docket for The People of the State of New York v. Arm or Ally, LLC et al., S.D.N.Y. 1:22-cv-06124, lists GS Performance, LLC, "A/K/A Glockstore or GSPC" among the defendants (filed in that court July 18, 2022 by notice of removal). A Second Circuit docket, 24-773, opened March 27, 2024 carries the same caption; its contents were not reviewed.
- California. The California Attorney General's page on People v. Blackhawk Manufacturing Group, Inc., et al., Case No. CGC-21-594577 (San Francisco Superior Court), says that on October 13, 2021 the Attorney General filed a lawsuit against "Blackhawk Manufacturing Group, Inc., MDX Corporation, and GS Performance, LLC." It says: "The lawsuit alleges that the companies have violated California consumer protection law by selling kits without complying with federal and state requirements governing the manufacture and sale of firearms," and that the suit followed "a March 2021 court order enforcing the Attorney General's preceding investigative subpoena against GS Performance, LLC." The page states: "The lawsuit is ongoing." The company's position was not found on the pages read.
Who operates GlockStore
GlockStore's Terms of Use (Last Modified: July 19, 2022) say: "This website is operated by GS Performance, LLC," and define "Company" as "GS Performance LLC," "GlockStore," "UnderTechUnderCover," together with related persons or entities. Federal docket captions in Connecticut and New York name "GS Performance, LLC d/b/a Glockstore" and "GS Performance, LLC. doing business as Glockstore." The site's footer and BBB give the address 1930 Air Lane Drive, Nashville, TN 37210, and the site lists a retail showroom there (hours "M-S 9am-6pm, Closed on Sundays"; phone 1-615-682-6565).
The company's "Lenny Magill" page says he "founded GlockStore.com" in 1986, and describes the business as having "over 100 full-time employees" and shipping "over 1000 packages a day" from Nashville. These are the company's own statements and were not independently verified. The page also says the retail showroom was first opened in San Diego; this site's archive has two older complaint posts (2013) that record a San Diego address, 4585 Murphy Canyon Road, for "Glock Store"; the company's current pages list Nashville. The Terms of Use state that Glockstore.com is "not affiliated with nor endorsed by Glock, Inc. or Glock Ges.m.b.H."; the business sells parts and accessories for Glock pistols and also sells firearms.
The policy pages carry no revision date except the Terms of Use. The Shipping and Returns page quoted here is the one the site footer links today ("Payment / Shipping / Returns").
Complaint record: BBB, Trustpilot and this site's archive
BBB (profile "Glockstore", 1930 Air Lane Dr, Nashville, TN), as displayed on 2026-10-18: not BBB accredited; BBB Rating F, with the listed reasons "Failure to respond to 17 complaint(s) filed against business" and "25 complaint(s) filed against business"; the complaints tab shows "25 total complaints in the last 3 years" and "19 complaints filed in the last 12 months"; the reviews tab shows "1.57 /5 stars" with "Average of 35 Customer Reviews". BBB's page data gives a file-opened date of 2023-02-20. The profile shows 1 alert, titled "Pattern of Complaints"; BBB's own alert text says: "This business has a pattern of complaint concerning delivery issues and refund/exchange issues. Specifically, consumers allege that they received defective or incorrect firearm parts," and "On November 19, 2025, BBB contacted the company to request their assistance in eliminating the pattern of complaint. However, the business failed to respond." That is BBB's characterization, not ours. The complaints tab lists 10 entries, 7 marked "Unanswered", 2 "Resolved" and 1 "Answered" (read 2026-10-18); the newest are dated 09/08/2026, 09/05/2026 and 08/04/2026. BBB states that complaint text shown might not represent all complaints filed and that it does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties.
Trustpilot, as displayed on 2026-10-18: score 1.5 from 176 reviews for glockstore.com; the profile is unclaimed and Trustpilot states it does not fact-check reviews. These platform figures are shown separately and are not added to each other or to this site's count.
This site's archive. Two approved complaints from 2013 name GlockStore. One says orders "have fallen into limbo" with no reply to email for over a month; the other says an ordered item was not received and that emails and phone calls went unanswered. They are unverified consumer accounts about the period before the company's current Nashville address, and a third 2012 post that carries the glockstore.com name is not counted because its text is a forwarded email exchange that does not describe a GlockStore order.
Older accounts and platform figures do not show how any single order will go. Company replies, where present, appear on the BBB profile.
