• Contact. The Contact Us page says to email [email protected] with name, contact phone number and city, and to attach product photos when asking for after-sales service. It lists hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no time zone stated; the home page says "24/7 Service" next to the same email address.
• Return window. The Return & Refund Policy says items must be returned "within 30 calendar days of purchase", in the condition received. The FAQ page says a return request must be made "within 14 days of delivery". The home page advertises a "30 Days Money Back Guagantee" (spelling as on the page), while its own FAQ entry on the money-back guarantee says a product can be returned "within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the product". The three page-level versions are therefore 30 days from purchase (policy), 14 days from delivery (FAQ page) and 14 calendar days after receipt (home-page FAQ).
• Items that cannot be returned. The policy lists perishable goods, underwear, gift cards, custom products and digital products as items that "cannot be returned or exchanged". For a defective or damaged item it says to reply by email with photos or videos of the package.
• Where to send a return. The policy says to contact support to obtain the return address. Terms Section 20 states that the Denver, Colorado address "is not a return address and no returns will be accepted" and that if a return to it is invalid "no refund will be issued". The Return & Refund Policy gives a return address in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
• Who pays return shipping. The policy says that if the return is not due to an error by flippeng.com, return shipping is deducted from the refund; for defective or damaged items it says the store covers return shipping. It also says damage during shipping may incur a fee of 30 to 70 percent depending on severity, that a voluntarily chosen expedited shipping fee "is non-refundable", and gives a reference estimate of $20.50 to $82.00+ for return shipping, which the policy says depends on carrier, size and weight.
• Refund timing. The policy gives several figures: at least 14 days of processing after the item is received, 3 business days after a returned item is verified, about 7 to 14 business days including Klarna processing, and, on the FAQ page, confirmation within 14 days of the package reaching the warehouse followed by payment within 14 days of the return being accepted. It also says a refund is issued to a Klarna account via the original payment method, while the Payment Policy lists PayPal and credit cards as the payment methods.
• Cancelling an order. The policy says an order can be cancelled before shipment, with "no fixed time limit for cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped"; the FAQ says orders can be changed only before they reach the "preparing for shipping" status.
• Delivery times. The Contact Us page says 3 to 7 days to dispatch and 14 to 30 days delivery depending on country; the Shipping Policy table gives 10 to 13 business days for general cargo to the United States. The Shipping Policy lists a $7.99 per-order fee, free shipping for orders over $49.99, carriers 4PX, YunExpress, Wanb Express and UBI, and says to allow 5 to 7 days for the carrier to scan a package and to contact the store if the estimated arrival date has passed.

The Colorado Secretary of State open-data record, queried on 2026-10-22, lists "SHUNLIN Trading Company Ltd." (entity ID 20238307424) as a domestic profit corporation in Good Standing, formed on 2023-12-19, with that principal address and Rocky Mountain RA LLC as registered agent. The record does not say who owns Shunlin Trading Company Ltd or that it is the only business behind the store; the link between the store and the entity rests on the store's own Terms. Section 18 says the Terms are governed by "the laws of US" and names no state or venue.
