Factor75 (Factor) subscription problems: contact, skip, cancel, refund and escalate (checked October 6, 2026)
Factor75, LLC does business as Factor and runs the Factor75.com site and apps. Its Terms of Use (section 5.2) describe the subscription as an initial charge followed by weekly charges, and say Factor "MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., WEEKLY) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU" (the Terms print this passage in capital letters) until the customer gives advance notice under the cancellation procedures of section 10.3. The charge dates and deadlines below come from those Terms; check your own account's My Menu page for the lock time that applies to your delivery day.
Contact. The Contact page lists chat and a phone line, +1 888-573-5727. The Terms add [email protected]. The Terms call the phone team "Customer Experience" and "Customer Care".
Skip a week or cancel. Section 10.3 says changes to an order "lock on a rolling basis five days prior to your scheduled delivery date": for example, for a Tuesday delivery the deadline is Wednesday 11:59 PM Central Time of the week before. Section 10.2 gives the lock schedule by delivery day (Saturday delivery locks Monday by 11:59 PM CT; Sunday locks Tuesday; Monday or Tuesday delivery locks Wednesday; Wednesday delivery locks Thursday). Cancelling after the lock means "you will be charged and receive your Box for that week, and the cancellation will take effect for the following Delivery Week." The Terms give this cancellation path: log in, click your name, choose "Account Settings", scroll to "End Meal Subscription" under Status and follow the prompts; or contact Customer Care at factor75.com/contact or [email protected] with your full name and registered email. Section 10.4 describes skipping a week with "Skip Week" in the delivery editor, which does not apply to an order that has already locked.
Refund or credit for a bad meal or box. The Return and Refund Policy in the Terms says to contact [email protected] or call (888) 573-5727 "within five (5) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item". For a meal's condition Factor "at our sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual Meal, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund", and it may require the return of the meal or a photograph first. Gift cards are "final and nonrefundable".
Delivery and food safety. The Terms say a box is packed to stay fresh until about 8:00 PM local time the day after the target delivery day, and that if a fresh product "arrives at above 41 degrees Fahrenheit, you should contact our customer service and discard the item." For problems with meat, poultry or egg products the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service says to call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 1-888-MPHotline (1-888-674-6854) or report online, keeping the original packaging and any uneaten portion; the FDA lists consumer complaint coordinators for other foods.
Charge disputes. The FTC's consumer advice page on credit card billing errors says to write to the card issuer so the letter reaches it "within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent to you"; the issuer must acknowledge within 30 days and resolve within 90 days. Because the Terms provide for weekly charges authorized in advance, contact Factor first and keep a record of the request and any confirmation.
Formal disputes. Section 24 of the Terms requires a written "Mandatory Dispute Notice" (certified mail to Grocery Delivery E-Services USA, Inc. dba Factor, Attn: Legal Department, 28 Liberty Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10005, with a copy to [email protected]) and a 60-day informal period before small-claims court or individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. Section 24.14 lets a customer opt out of the arbitration agreement by email within 30 days after first becoming subject to it. This page is not legal advice; read section 24 itself.
Regulator routes. The FTC takes reports at ReportFraud.ftc.gov; state attorneys general and consumer-protection offices take subscription complaints; for contaminated or mislabeled food use the USDA or FDA routes above.

The Privacy Policy (effective July 7, 2026) uses the name "Factor 75, LLC" and gives a New York mailing address, 28 Liberty Street, 10th Floor. The Terms' dispute-notice address names "Grocery Delivery E-Services USA, Inc. dba Factor" at the same New York address. Complaint record: BBB, Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard and this site (as displayed October 6, 2026)
BBB. The BBB profile for Factor Meals (Batavia, IL; alternate names Factor and Factor75, LLC) is not BBB Accredited and shows a BBB Rating of A+. As displayed on 2026-10-07 it lists 839 total complaints in the last 3 years and 246 closed in the last 12 months, and a customer-review average of 1.1/5 from 405 reviews. BBB's data gives the file opened 2016-11-01. These counts are BBB's and are not combined with any other figure on this page.

The profile is claimed (since July 2017) with a paid Trustpilot subscription; the page says "This company invites their customers to review, whether positive or negative", that Trustpilot uses technology to protect platform integrity but does not fact-check reviews, and that the company "Replied to 98% of negative reviews"; many recent reviews carry the "Invited" label. Trustpilot also shows an AI-generated review summary, which is Trustpilot's text and not a finding of this site.
ComplaintsBoard. The "Factor 75" listing shows 2.6 from 29 reviews and 64 complaints (page updated Sep 20, 2026).
This site. No approved complaint in the usacomplaints.com archive was matched to Factor75 or Factor Meals in a text search run on 2026-10-06 for the names Factor75, Factor 75, Factor Meals and Factormeals, so this profile has no complaint themes. A food or billing problem can be reported to the company and the agencies listed in the practical section.
Complaints and reviews are consumers' accounts and have not been verified by this site. They differ in what each platform counts and over which periods, so the figures above should not be added or averaged.

- Factor75, LLC and Grocery Delivery E-Services USA Inc. v. Ruprecht Company (S.D.N.Y. 1:24-cv-04094): a case the Factor entities brought (filed May 30, 2024); Ruprecht answered with a counterclaim against the Factor entities on July 22, 2024 (parts of the filing are sealed). Justia lists the nature of suit as "Contract: Other"; this page does not describe the sealed claims.
Proposition 65 (lead in a supplement). The California Attorney General's Proposition 65 listing for notice 2025-01573 shows a 60-day notice filed May 16, 2025 by Environmental Health Advocates, Inc. naming Factor75, LLC and "Factor Form Daily Greens Superfood Powder" for lead, and a settlement dated Dec. 3, 2025 in "EHA v. Factor75" (Alameda County Superior Court): injunctive relief of "Reformulation, warnings", a $2,000 civil penalty and $22,000 in attorney's fees and costs ($24,000 total), with the listing stating the settlement was not to be submitted to court. This concerns a supplement product, not the meal service.
The sources checked on 2026-10-06 did not identify a Factor-specific FTC, CFPB or state attorney general enforcement action, or a meal recall by Factor, in the searches run on 2026-10-06 and 2026-10-07 (the FTC cases search for "Factor75" and the FSIS recalls search for "Factor" are JavaScript front-ends whose results were not captured as text, so those two checks are not counted as completed negative findings); these searches are not exhaustive.
