Cirkul complaints: how to cancel Auto-Ship, ask for help, or escalate

The steps on this page are quoted from the Terms of Service on drinkcirkul.com (effective date September 4, 2026), read on 2026-10-20.

Cancel Auto-Ship or a Trial Offer. The Terms say you may cancel at any time: online, log into your profile at drinkcirkul.com/account/login, click 'Your Account' and select 'Cancel Plan'; by email to [email protected]; or by phone at 844-424-7585. The Terms say: 'Cancellation is immediate for California residents. Other users will be presented a new page on which they will select the option that best applies to why you are canceling and then click the “Cancel Plan” button.' They also say 'Your cancellation will be processed immediately and will be effective at the end of the then-current billing period', that 'After cancellation, no further recurring charges will be made', and that you will receive a confirmation email. The same section says: 'All recurring payments relating to Auto-Ship Services are fully earned upon payment.' For Trial Offers that convert to a paid plan, the Terms say a reminder email is sent at least 30 days before the Trial Offer converts to a paid plan and, the Terms say, a reminder email is also sent before an Auto-Ship annual renewal date.

Refunds and returns. The Terms say: 'we don't accept returns of product or do exchanges of product' and that, because the products are consumable, the company is 'unable to accept returns or provide refunds.' For an order that arrived damaged, they give 14 days from the date the order processed to write to [email protected]; the company may offer a replacement, one per account. For non-delivery, they require contact within 5 days of the carrier's delivery date and offer one reshipment. They also say no refunds, exchanges or customer service are provided for products bought from unauthorized resellers, including sellers on Amazon or eBay. The Terms also contain a section headed '100% Satisfaction Guarantee': 'If you're not satisfied with an eligible purchase made on DrinkCirkul.com, contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund based on the circumstances.' It 'applies only to purchases made directly from DrinkCirkul.com' and 'does not apply to' purchases made more than 30 days after delivery, products purchased from unauthorized sellers, commercial, wholesale or resale purchases, and gift cards. The Terms add that 'Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever applicable and may take 5–10 business days to appear after processing' and that Cirkul 'reserves the right to update or modify this Satisfaction Guarantee at any time.' The Terms therefore contain both the no-returns statements and the Satisfaction Guarantee. These are the company's stated terms; this page does not state whether they were applied in any particular case.

Disputes. The Terms contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver (the Terms say either party may elect to have individual claims heard in small claims court if they qualify).

Who Cirkul is and how its products and plans work

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy name Cirkul, Inc. as the operator of drinkcirkul.com; the Privacy Policy gives the mailing address 3620 Queen Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619. BBB lists Cirkul with the alternate name Cirkul, Inc., the entity type 'Corporation', and Mr. Garrett Waggoner, CEO, and describes the business as follows: 'Cirkul's system flavors your water sip by sip.' Per BBB's raw page data, the business started and was incorporated on 2016-08-16. The site's footer reads 'Copyright 2021-2026 Cirkul, Inc.'

Per the Terms, the company sells flavor cartridges ('Sips') and bottles, offers Auto-Ship plans (auto-replacing cartridges) that renew at the then-current non-promotional rate until cancelled, and a rewards program called Inner Cirkul. The Terms name Shopify, Recharge and Braintree as payment processors. They apply to the United States and Canada; the Terms say that outside those countries a location-specific set of terms may apply.
