One complaint about Beeflyz Holiday has been located on ComplaintsBoard, posted in November 2019 under the title "refund or on hold holiday." The complainant describes a booking to travel to Japan on 25 December 2019; her husband suffered a slipped disc and underwent surgery, and his doctor advised he could not travel. She asked the agency to hold their AirAsia tickets so the family could travel later once he recovered, and separately noted the agency would not provide a booking number because it was part of a group tour whose participant names had not yet been submitted. The complaint does not allege that Beeflyz delayed a refund or was non-responsive; it is a request for flexibility due to a medical circumstance. The same 2019 complaint remains marked unresolved by ComplaintsBoard itself; its comment thread later received four unrelated positive comments from other users about different trips (December 2022 and three in April 2024), none of which document a resolution of the original complainant's issue. A separate, more recent item on the same ComplaintsBoard listing -- a review (not counted by ComplaintsBoard as a complaint) posted November 5, 2024, on a Chongqing group tour -- is also broadly positive about the itinerary and local guide, but flags that a tour photographer reportedly encouraged trading photos for good reviews, and suggests a shorter tour duration. Separately, in July 2022 the Malaysian news outlet The Malaysian Insight reported that Beeflyz Holiday was among several travel agencies whose company name and branding had been used without permission by scammers selling fake tour packages on social media during the Langkawi travel-bubble period — the company's own sales manager, Dephine Lim, was quoted saying customers had called claiming to have paid for packages the company never sold and never received payment for. This is reported as the company being a victim of impersonation, not as a finding against the company.

MATTA's member directory lists the company under MOTAC travel-agency license KPL No. 8522, covering inbound, outbound and ticketing operations, and as a member of the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA, member ID MA5615). MATTA lists Loo Yee Kin as Director and official representative, Wang Yan Pin as Director and alternate representative, and Teh Bee Hoon as Admin Executive. MATTA's directory lists a different phone number (+60 3-9133 9690) than the company's own website, Google listing, and ComplaintsBoard (03-9133 5660); the latter three agree, so that is the number given above. Separately, the company's own live Contact page currently shows a broken submission form (a raw "[contact-form-7 404 Not Found]" placeholder in place of the form), so email or phone is the more reliable way to reach the business.
