Archerhub quotes, carrier pay and complaint routes: what the company and FMCSA pages say (checked October 12, 2026)

These are the routes and facts found on Archerhub's own pages and in federal and BBB records opened on October 12, 2026. Archerhub is a freight broker: it arranges truck transportation between shippers and carriers rather than owning the product being shipped. Whether you are a shipper, a carrier or a driver, the contract you accepted (rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement or customer terms) decides who owes what, and those documents were not found on the public site. The website's Terms of Use (the page at archerhub.com/privacy) say that "In the event of a dispute with Visitor the Website shall be governed by this agreement and by the applicable default rules and laws which shall be settled in binding arbitration or a court of law at the Websites choice in the jurisdiction of the Websites choice." Those are website-use terms for visitors, not the broker-carrier agreement or a rate confirmation.

Contact. The website footer lists "Email Us: [email protected]" and "Call Us: 303-542-7110" with an address of 1860 Blake St Suite 620, Denver, CO 80202. The FAQ says: "If you have additional requirements to discuss please email us at [email protected]." BBB lists a different phone number, (720) 708-2456.

Quotes and updates. The FAQ says: "Just enter the shipment details on our website and you will get instant quotes delivered to you immediately." It also says shipment location can be retrieved by entering an order number online and that "automated emails will be sent to you about the progress of your shipment."

For carriers. The Carriers page says: "Our quick pay program delivers payment within 48 hours of submitted POD." The FAQ says each driver "is required to use our mobile app" and that "Drivers with poor rankings will be red-flagged and our system will not allow tendering the load to those drivers." Keep your rate confirmation, bill of lading and proof of delivery (POD) if a payment or load dispute arises.

Outside routes. Federal operating authority for brokers is held with FMCSA; the SAFER record lists Archerhub as a broker with MC-799497 and USDOT 2345286. FMCSA's "Report Safety Violations" page asks: "Have you experienced safety, service or discrimination issues with a moving company, bus or truck company, including hazardous materials, or cargo tank facility?" and gives a phone line, 1-888-DOT-SAFT (368-7238), and an online "Submit Complaint via FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Website" route; the page also links "Broker and Carrier Fraud and Identity Theft" (the page itself shows a last-updated date of January 13, 2014). That page is for FMCSA-regulated matters; a private payment or contract dispute may need to be handled through the contract, the broker's surety bond claim process, a state small-claims or civil court, or an attorney. BBB also accepts complaints about businesses, shown on the complaint page below.

Archerhub background: freight broker authority and company details

Who Archerhub says it is. The About page says: "Archerhub is an asset-based freight broker that connects shippers with truck drivers seamlessly via our technology." Its stated goal is "to democratize the carrier procurement process while delivering full transparency and visibility to our users." The home page, as read on October 12, 2026, describes it as "a premiere, asset-based freight brokerage" and says its AI technology works "24/7". These are company descriptions, not verified by this page.

What the federal record shows. The FMCSA SAFER Company Snapshot for USDOT 2345286 (data as of 10/10/2026) shows: legal name "ARCHERHUB"; entity type BROKER; USDOT status ACTIVE; operating authority "AUTHORIZED FOR: Broker of Property (Except Household Goods)"; MC number MC-799497; power units 0; and 0 U.S. inspections in the 24 months before October 10, 2026. A broker arranges transportation and does not necessarily operate trucks, so the zero power-unit figure is consistent with a broker record; the Shippers page says the company combines "a broad carrier network, and our own backup fleet" and refers to "one of our thousands of contracted carriers or our own fleet", while SAFER lists 0 power units for this USDOT number; the page does not state which entity operates the fleet the company describes. SAFER lists the address as 1500 N Grant St, #5499, Denver, CO 80203, which differs from the 1860 Blake St address on the company's website; the page does not state why.

Entity details. No source opened gives a registered corporate name for the Archerhub brand. BBB shows entity type "Limited Liability Company (LLC)" and the alternate name "Archer Atlantic Global Logistics LLC". BBB lists "Mr. Nick Darmanchev, Owner" under business management and principal contacts; this is BBB's listing and is attributed to BBB here. BBB's profile links the website www.archeratlantic.com rather than archerhub.com; that site could not be read on October 12, 2026 (bot challenge), so this page draws no conclusion about it. BBB's raw page data gives a business start of 2014-01-22 and a BBB file opened on 2018-02-27; BBB computed "Years in Business: 12". The website footer reads "©2023 Archerhub".

Not checked or not available. The FMCSA Licensing & Insurance page asks for a challenge question and was not read, so the status of Archerhub's broker bond or trust and its insurance filings is not stated here. SAFER, as of 10/10/2026, links "Licensing & Insurance" details and a check for a pending insurance cancellation to FMCSA's record for USDOT 2345286 at motus.dot.gov/customer/2345286/account, which could not be read programmatically on October 12, 2026; the FMCSA Licensing & Insurance public search also asked for a challenge question. The Colorado Secretary of State record could not be opened on that date (the site returned an error).

Archerhub complaint and review record (as displayed October 12, 2026)

BBB, as displayed on October 12, 2026. BBB's profile for ArcherHub, 1860 Blake St Suite 620, Denver, CO, says the business is not BBB Accredited and shows a BBB Rating of B-, with the reason "Failure to respond to 1 complaint(s) filed against business". Its complaints tab shows "1 complaint in the last 3 years" and "0 complaints filed in the last 12 months". The one complaint, dated 10/21/2024 and typed "Service or Repair Issues", is shown with status "Unanswered". The complaint says the complainant's company booked a load on 9/25/24, that a receiver required two pallets with the wrong product to be put back on its trailer, and that after the complainant reported this Archerhub placed a "Freight Guard" flag against its business, which the complainant says cost its business "60% of its revenue." This is the complainant's account; BBB's page shows no response from Archerhub, and the page does not state what Archerhub's position is.

BBB's reviews tab shows "1 /5 stars" and "Average of 7 Customer Reviews". The seven reviews are dated from 11/14/2023 to 02/08/2025. As displayed, two mention a "Freight Guard" flag, two describe payment, underpayment or detention disputes, and two describe unanswered calls or emails; these are the reviewers' accounts, not findings, and some reviews make allegations about a named person, which are not repeated here. BBB says it does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties. BBB's page also shows a second ArcherHub address in Westminster, CO under the same file.

Other review sites. On October 12, 2026 Trustpilot's page for archerhub.com returned a "page could not be found" message and a Trustpilot search for "archerhub" listed one company, a differently named business. The company's website names no legal entity, and the address on its website differs from the address in SAFER. This page makes no judgment about whether any individual load, payment or flag was handled correctly; those are disputes between the parties.
