Complaints and where to report a problem

No published complaint reports are currently linked to this profile.

Anduril's Careers page warns of people posing as Anduril recruiters with fake interviews and job offers, and its Investor Relations page warns of funds that claim to sell access to Anduril shares without owning any.

Fraud that used the Anduril name. Giovanni Pennetta, who managed the Manhattan-based adviser Sestante Capital, pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud in March 2026 in a federal criminal case (United States v. Pennetta, S.D.N.Y., 25-cr-577). The count accused him of falsely claiming access to shares of private companies. On June 8, 2026 he was sentenced to four years in prison and ordered to pay $11,928,266.25 in restitution and to forfeit $12,546,279.86. Separately, on June 22, 2026 the SEC sued him (SEC v. Pennetta, S.D.N.Y., 1:26-cv-05209), alleging he took more than $10.5 million from at least six investors by falsely claiming access to Anduril shares and misappropriated over $6.2 million of it. The SEC complaint says neither he nor his companies ever held or had access to Anduril shares, and it does not accuse Anduril of wrongdoing. In September 2026 a consent judgment permanently enjoined him from further violations of the securities laws it names, and an SEC order barred him from association with brokers, dealers and investment advisers.

Lawsuits involving Anduril. Nicholas Alley, founder of Area-I and one of its former stockholders, filed a contract claim over earnout payments in Delaware in 2023 and a disability employment suit in California, and Iron Bird LLC voluntarily dismissed its patent suit about a month after filing it. Anduril itself brought a trade-secrets suit against Salient Motion, which the court dismissed with prejudice in 2024 after a reported settlement. None of these five was reported as a class action. Separately, an individual filed a National Labor Relations Board charge against Anduril in Atlanta in April 2024 (10-CA-339545), alleging coercive rules and retaliation for concerted activity. The NLRB issued a dismissal letter in April 2025 and lists the case as closed.

Where to report. Report fake recruiters to Anduril at [email protected], as its Careers page asks. In the U.S., a fake job offer or other fraud that used the Anduril name can also be reported to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, and online fraud that cost you money to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov. An offer to sell you Anduril shares, or a fund promising access to them, can be reported to the SEC at sec.gov/tcr or to your state securities regulator. Outside the U.S., use your country's national fraud-reporting service or the police.

Employees and job applicants. A complaint of workplace discrimination, harassment or disability bias can go to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (eeoc.gov) and, in California, the Civil Rights Department (calcivilrights.ca.gov). Unpaid wage claims in California go to the state Labor Commissioner, and charges about union activity or other unfair labor practices go to the National Labor Relations Board (nlrb.gov). Outside California, use your state's labor and civil rights agencies.

Suppliers and Gear Store buyers. Anduril keeps a Supplier Relations page at anduril.com/supplier-relations. Gear Store order problems go first to [email protected]; if a charge stays unresolved, dispute it with your card issuer.

If you already paid or shared personal data. Call your bank or card issuer right away to stop or dispute the payment. If you gave out a Social Security number or bank details, IdentityTheft.gov, run by the FTC, gives a step-by-step recovery plan, including how to place a fraud alert or credit freeze.

Checking a recruiter. The Careers page warns of people who impersonate Anduril representatives and lure job seekers with false interviews or job offers. It says hiring is free, that Anduril never asks for payment or financial details such as bank, card or Social Security numbers, that email from its recruiters "will only come from an @anduril.com address", and that a recruiting agency's email will clearly name the agency. Before you respond:

  • check that the sender's address ends in @anduril.com before you share personal information or click a link;
  • do not engage with a message that looks suspicious, contains grammatical errors or makes unusual requests;
  • if an agency contacts you about an Anduril role and something seems wrong, ask Anduril at [email protected] to confirm the agency is genuine;
  • report any fraudulent outreach in Anduril's name to [email protected].

Offers of Anduril stock. The Investor Relations page says Anduril "does not currently offer opportunities for retail investors to invest in the company" and that its stock is available only to a small number of investors. It warns about investment funds that do not own Anduril shares but claim to give retail investors access to them, says it cannot vouch for such claims, and advises anyone approached this way to contact local law enforcement, a securities regulator or, in the U.S., the SEC. It also points readers to the investor alerts published by the SEC and FINRA.

In August 2024, on a joint motion, the court dismissed Salient, two of the founders and the counterclaim with prejudice, and on November 20, 2024 it dismissed the rest of the complaint with prejudice and closed the case. Who Anduril is and what it sells

Business. Anduril describes itself as "a defense products company" whose core product is Lattice, a software platform that connects and runs large numbers of sensors, drones and other systems. Its Mission page says that, unlike most defense contractors, it funds its own research and development and sells finished products rather than waiting for a government to specify what it needs.

Founders and leadership. According to the company's Leadership page, Palmer Luckey, who earlier built Oculus VR, founded Anduril Industries in 2017. The page lists him as Founder, Brian Schimpf as Co-Founder and CEO, Trae Stephens as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman, and Matt Grimm as Co-Founder and COO.

Owners and funding. Anduril is privately owned, and its stock does not trade on an exchange. In May 2026 it raised $5 billion in a Series H round led by Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, at a $61 billion valuation, and said its 2025 revenue was $2.2 billion. In October 2026 it confirmed to CNBC an employee tender offer at $94.80 a share, which values the company at about $90 billion. CEO Brian Schimpf told CNBC in July 2026 that the company is not rushing to go public.

Government contracts announced in 2026.

  • Army enterprise agreement. Nextgov/FCW reported on March 16, 2026 that the Army combined 120 separate Anduril contracts into one agreement with a potential ceiling of $20 billion over up to 10 years (a five-year base period plus one five-year option), centered mainly on Lattice.
  • Army Next-Generation Command and Control (NGC2). In an announcement on October 5, 2026, reported by DefenseScoop, Anduril said the Army awarded it a five-year contract worth up to $1.8 billion to field the NGC2 common data layer, with a base period of $162.8 million starting with I Corps.
  • Navy submarine work. Anduril's October 6, 2026 release says the Navy awarded it a contract of up to $2.9 billion, with payments tied to demonstrated production results, and that Anduril will put $3.7 billion of private capital into Arsenal-2, a shipyard at Tradepoint Atlantic in Baltimore County, Maryland. The release says Arsenal-2 is to build complex components and large-scale assemblies of Virginia-class submarines for final assembly by General Dynamics Electric Boat and Newport News Shipbuilding. Until Arsenal-2 opens, an Anduril facility in Orange County, California is to make test assets and components such as torpedo tubes; press coverage reports that larger modules and hull sections are planned once the Maryland yard is running.
