"AI Legal Partners" is not a confirmed business entity — it is the name a caller has used, identifying as "Archie Jacob" (once, "Silverman"), across a cluster of consumer complaint reports filed on ScamPulse.com between May 7 and June 29, 2026. Four of the six reports (May 7, May 28, June 1, and June 18) describe a nearly identical voicemail script: the caller, identifying as "Archie Jacob," states they have been "retained to investigate" the recipient for a "possible wage garnishment" and directs the recipient or their attorney to call back 859-379-8404. The other two reports differ more substantially — a June 26 report describes a caller identifying as "Silverman" citing "income withholding" and a different callback number (859-379-6417), and a June 29 report is a brief, unnamed voicemail with no callback number given. Inbound caller-ID numbers varied across all six reports over roughly eight weeks, while the two callback numbers that were given were each reused across multiple reports — a pattern consistent with spoofed or rotating VoIP caller ID, though this was not independently tested by placing a call. A separate, apparently unrelated website (ailegalpartners.com) based in Jaipur, India also uses the identical business name to describe a startup/technology law practice; nothing found in this research ties that website to the robocall complaints, and this profile does not merge them.

Is AI Legal Partners Legitimate?

No attorney named "Archie Jacob" was found in the Kentucky Bar Association, Ohio Supreme Court attorney registry, or California State Bar directories checked (Kentucky and Ohio were chosen because the reported area codes and victim locations point there). The Kentucky Bar Association's and California State Bar's own official attorney-search tools were queried directly and both returned zero results for "Archie Jacob" and "Archie Silverman." The Ohio Supreme Court's attorney registry remains inaccessible to automated browsing, so Ohio is still recorded as "checked via secondary means, not found" rather than a directly confirmed absence. No U.S. state business-entity filing and no BBB business profile (as distinct from BBB's consumer-submitted Scam Tracker reports) were found under the name "AI Legal Partners" either. This profile does not conclude that the caller identity is fraudulent, only that no registered entity or licensed individual could be independently confirmed behind it.
