Rewards points, the app, gift cards, texts and where to complain: what 7 Brew’s own pages say
The 7 Brew pages quoted below were opened on October 3, 2026. The Terms and Privacy Notice show “Last Revised: August 7, 2026”; the Gift Card Terms show “Last Revised: November 11, 2025”. Where two company pages differ, both are shown.
Corporate or the stand?
Many 7 Brew stands are run by franchisees. The Terms say: “Many of our stores are owned and operated by franchisees” and “Each 7 Brew franchisee is solely and independently responsible for its legal and regulatory compliance.” The Support page says feedback goes through the contact form at 7brew.com/support, “with the location you are inquiring about”, and that catering, donation, sponsorship and job questions are handled by stopping by the local stand. The form’s subject list is Drink Quality, Stand Visit, Rewards, Menu & Nutrition, General Inquiry, Gift Card, Promotions and Mobile App, with optional fields for Location Visited, Date of Visit and Order Number. The Terms also list [email protected], (479) 358-9274 and Brew Culture, LLC, 2710 S 48th Street, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. The Support page therefore gives one published general route (the Guest Care form, naming the stand); the franchisee-direct instruction in the Terms is about franchisee text-message programs, not about every kind of complaint.
Rewards points: earning, redeeming, expiry
- Earning. The Rewards Terms: “Members will earn one hundred (100) Points for each small, medium, or large beverage purchased at participating 7 Brew stores.” Guest checkouts, gift card purchases and orders on third-party delivery platforms do not earn points. The Support FAQ adds: “As of August 12, 2026, rewards points are earned on qualifying small, medium, and large drinks and no longer apply to 7 Brew Energy cans or kids sized drinks.”
- Birthday reward. The Support FAQ says a registered 7 Brew Rewards account is needed and that the birthday reward “will automatically load into your account and will be available for one week after your birthday”; a wrong birthday is fixed through the contact form with the rewards phone number and the correct birthdate.
- Redeeming. “Members can redeem one thousand (1,000) Points for one (1) small, medium, or large beverage”, and points can also be redeemed for merchandise in the app. The FAQ says rewards “are no longer automatically applied when you reach 1,000 points”; members choose which offer to redeem, and free drinks already saved to an account stay as free drinks. Another FAQ answer says the program “works just like it always has” and that members “continue to earn 100 points for every drink purchased”, while the August 12, 2026 entry limits earning to small, medium and large drinks; both appear on the Support page.
- Expiry. Two company statements that agree in substance: the Support FAQ says points and free drinks “will expire if there has been no purchase made using your 7 Brew Rewards account for 365 consecutive days”; the Rewards Terms say that without a qualifying purchase “for a period of twelve (12) months” points and accrued free drinks “will expire automatically” and “Points cannot be reinstated after they have been removed”. The Terms also say 7 Brew may terminate an account with no qualifying purchase for “two (2) years or longer”, that rewards “have no cash value” and “are not property”, and that 7 Brew “reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate 7 Brew Rewards, or any or all benefits ... at any time and for any reason”.
- Cancelling. The Rewards Terms: “You may opt-out of 7 Brew Rewards at any time and for any reason” by contacting 7 Brew using the Terms’ contact methods or through the app; if you cancel, “any unused Points, Rewards, and Member Benefits associated with your 7 Brew Rewards account will automatically expire and will no longer be available for redemption.” The Rewards Terms also say “There are no membership fees associated with 7 Brew Rewards.”
- Two wordings for earning. The Privacy Notice (Last Revised August 7, 2026) says: “Generally speaking, 7 Brew Rewards members may receive loyalty points for every U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases.” The Rewards Terms (same date) say 100 points for each small, medium or large beverage. Both documents are shown as written; neither refers to the other on this point.
Missing or wrong points
The Support page says: “If you’re missing points from a recent 7 Brew visit, please fill out the contact form at 7brew.com/support”, including your Rewards phone number, the date and time of the visit and the stand location. For balances that look wrong in the app, it says to submit a request at 7brew.com/support and select “App” as the Subject. The Rewards Terms say points can take “twenty-four (24) hours or more” to appear; that if you believe points “were incorrectly calculated, you must notify 7 Brew within six (6) months of the Qualifying Purchase and provide a copy of your receipt”; and that “7 Brew has the sole discretion to determine the Points in your 7 Brew Rewards account.” The FAQ states that points from before the app “will automatically transfer to the app”.
The app
According to the Support FAQ, the app is free to download and a Rewards account is required to place a drink order. “Payment for drinks ordered through the 7 Brew app is completed at the drive-thru when a Brewista checks you in”; mobile orders “can only be placed one at a time” and “all mobile orders are removed at the end of each day”. Account deletion is requested through 7brew.com/support with the Subject “App”. Restaurant Dive reported on August 6, 2026 that 7 Brew was launching its first app and changing its loyalty system. For an order placed at the wrong location or needing changes, the FAQ says: “You can cancel the order and place a new one.” The FAQ also acknowledges: “some Android users may experience display or navigation issues on certain devices, and our team is actively working on a fix”, and suggests adjusting Font Size, Display Size or Screen Zoom under Settings → Display, switching between Navigation Buttons and Swipe Gestures, and closing and reopening the app.
Gift cards
- Gift Card Terms: “Gift Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply”; “Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law”; lost, damaged or stolen cards “may be replaced at 7 Brew’s sole discretion” if you present the original proof of purchase; “Gift Cards obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers will not be honored.”
- Restrictions on use (Support FAQ): gift card balances “cannot be transferred between gift cards”; cards are “only redeemable at participating U.S. locations”; they are “redeemable only for purchases of eligible goods and services at participating 7 Brew locations” and “cannot be used to purchase other gift cards”.
- Support FAQ: gift card balances can be checked at rewards.7brew.com/giftcard or at a stand; gift cards “cannot be used as payment in the App at this time”; there are no eGift cards; the state-law cash-out form is at 7brew.com/gift-card-cashout-form.
- Where to buy: the FAQ says gift cards “can be purchased at stands, online at shop7brew.com and from select retailer partners”; the Gift Card Terms say “at participating 7 Brew or 7 Brew franchise locations, online at 7brew.com, or at authorized resellers”.
Text messages
The Terms give short code 72739 for marketing texts (“simply text STOP to 72739”) and say one-time sign-in codes come from short code 50129 or 479-349-0052. They also say the corporate text terms “do not apply to any of our franchisees’ text messaging programs”, and that texts from a franchisee must be stopped with that franchisee directly. The FCC’s consumer guide says “You can report illegal calls or texts to the FCC” at fcc.gov/complaints and that the FCC “doesn’t resolve individual complaints”. Two lawsuits about 7 Brew text messages are described under Lawsuits below.
Allergens, nutrition and caffeine (the company’s figures; no health advice)
Two company statements conflict. The Support FAQ says: “While we currently do not have a nutritional document available online”, ask through the contact form, and “Each stand has an allergen chart readily available”. On October 3, 2026, however, 7brew.com/nutrition served a 26-page PDF titled “10/1/2026 Nutrition Guide” with calorie, “Caffeine (mg)” and “Allergens (Top 9)” columns and an Allergen Chart. The chart’s fine print says: “During normal operations, ingredients may come into contact with shared equipment, utensils, and preparation areas. 7 Brew cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.” Examples from the Guide’s caffeine column: iced Cold Brew, kids 112, small 179, medium 268, large 357 mg; Americano, kids 60, small 120, medium 180, large 240 mg; iced 7 Energy, small 76, medium 114, large 152 mg. The FAQ says a decaf espresso shot has “about 2mg or less of caffeine” and that cold brew is not available decaf.
Privacy and disputes (what the Terms say)
The Privacy Notice says: “Other than our sharing of personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising (also known as targeted advertising), which may be considered a sale of personal information in some jurisdictions, we do not sell personal information.” Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, opting out of targeted advertising, depending on the rights that apply to you) go through the form at 7brew.com/privacy-policy-form or (479) 358-9274, which the Notice calls toll-free. The Notice says: “We will endeavor to respond to your request within 45 days of receipt, or will provide notice of our delay”; that you may designate an authorized agent (who may be asked for proof of written permission); that if 7 Brew declines to act you “may appeal our decision by contacting us” through the Notice’s Contact Us methods; and that if the appeal is denied you may complain to your state regulator, for which it lists web forms, portals or an email address for 17 states. For the 7 Brew Online Services (website, app, Rewards), the Terms require “individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association”, waive class actions and jury trials, require “at least 60-days’ written notice” of a dispute (email [email protected] or mail to the Springdale address), set the arbitration “in the State of Arkansas” and cap 7 Brew’s total liability to you at $500 except for “gross negligence or intentional or unlawful misconduct”. Other routes: a complaint to your state attorney general (the Arkansas Attorney General’s page says “Many consumer complaints are resolved when our office notifies the business about the problem”), or a complaint to BBB.
Company background: who operates 7 Brew, the franchise structure and recent events
Who operates 7 Brew. The Terms and Privacy Notice name Brew Culture, LLC (doing business as 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee) as the party behind the website, app and Rewards program, and the Apple App Store lists “Brew Culture, LLC” as the app’s seller. Wyoming’s Secretary of State shows Brew Culture, LLC as an active Limited Liability Company (filing ID 2019-000892446, initial filing December 31, 2019). The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office shows registration no. 6337493 for the mark 7 BREW (registered May 4, 2021, live), owned by Brew Culture, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company; the record gives February 14, 2017 as the first-use date.
History and ownership, as the company and its investor describe it. 7 Brew’s About page says the brand “was founded in 2017 in Northwest Arkansas” and that on January 7, 2020 it “was purchased by an entrepreneurial group that would own and operate 7 Brew as Brew Culture LLC”. It adds that Brew Culture, LLC “is a privately held limited liability company” and that “Blackstone Inc. took a minority stake in 7 Brew in 2024”. Blackstone’s February 14, 2024 release describes a “growth equity investment in 7 Brew Coffee” and says 7 Brew began operating its first coffee stand in Rogers, Arkansas in 2017 (a 7 Brew release of September 30, 2026 on Business Wire also says “Founded in 2017 in Rogers, Ark.”); Arkansas Business reported that terms were not disclosed.
Store counts differ between sources. The About page shows “900+ Stands and counting” in a statistics block and, in its text, “over 700+ across 38 states”. The company’s September 30, 2026 Business Wire release says “more than 900 stands across 38 states through its franchise model”. Restaurant Dive (August 6, 2026) wrote that the brand “currently has upwards of 800 stores, according to its press release” and that it had 604 stores at the start of 2026 “according to its franchise disclosure document”. The franchise disclosure document issued May 28, 2025 reports 321 outlets at the end of 2024: 297 franchised and 24 company-owned (owned by affiliates of the franchisor).
The franchise side (brief). According to the 2025 franchise disclosure document (a copy is hosted at restfinance.com; a newer edition may exist), the franchisor is Brew Culture Franchise, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed February 21, 2021 with its principal business address at 2710 S. 48th Street, Springdale, Arkansas. It names Brew Culture, LLC as its direct parent and Blondie Holdings, LLC as its indirect parent, and lists as affiliates 7 Energy LLC (originates certain energy drinks), CTAR, Inc. (modular buildings and coffee equipment) and Brew Culture Buying Group LLC, plus “investment funds managed by affiliates of Blackstone Inc.” It says franchises are sold only to multi-unit developers (at least five stores), that franchisees must follow brand standards including “standards, procedures, and requirements for responding to customer complaints”, and that they “must participate in, and comply with the requirements of, our gift/loyalty/stored-value card and other customer loyalty programs.” Wyoming’s records show Brew Culture Franchise, LLC as active. The Support page says 7 Brew is “not accepting new franchise applications or expressions of interest”. The FTC’s Franchise Rule page says the rule requires franchisors to give prospective buyers a disclosure document with 23 specific items.
Recent events. Restaurant Dive reported on August 6, 2026 that 7 Brew was launching its first mobile app and changing its loyalty system (see above); the rewards-rule entry on the Support page is dated August 12, 2026. On September 29, 2026 Reed Smith, the law firm that represented the debtor, issued a press release saying that U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Alfredo R. Perez (S.D. Tex.) approved the sale to 7 Brew of 63 former Salad and Go drive-thru location leases for $123,452,384.02 (36 in Arizona, 19 in Texas, 3 in Nevada and 5 in Oklahoma), with Dutch Bros named backup bidder; the firm says the price was about $18.5 million above an original $105 million offer from Dutch Bros and that unsecured creditors are expected to be paid in full. Restaurant Dive’s article on the release has the headline “at least 60” units (its text was later updated to give the number of units) and notes that 7 Brew’s original bid was $143 million for 73 sites. These are statements by the debtor’s counsel and the press; the bankruptcy docket was not opened for this page. On September 30, 2026 7 Brew said in a Business Wire release that from October 1 guests can add 15 grams of protein to any drink for $2 (after a rollout in select Dallas-Fort Worth stands in August); this is a menu announcement.
Not to be confused with. This page covers the drive-thru coffee chain at 7brew.com. BBB keeps separate files for many individual stands, and the Trustpilot address trustpilot.com/review/7brew.com returned “The page you’re looking for could not be found” when opened on October 3, 2026; Trustpilot profiles with “7 Brew”-like names belong to other domains and are not used here.
Complaint record: USAComplaints posts, BBB and other profiles
USAComplaints.com. A query of this site’s own database on October 3, 2026 (approved posts, title and offender or company fields matching “7 Brew”, “7Brew”, “Seven Brew” or “Brew Culture”) returned no posts, so this page links no posts and shows no complaint themes. This is an internal query, not a public search page.
BBB (as displayed on October 3, 2026). In the browser used for this check, the BBB profile for “7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee”, Headquarters, Fayetteville, AR said on its complaints tab that it includes complaints for the headquarters and its corporate-owned locations. BBB showed the business as not BBB Accredited with a rating of F, giving as reasons “Failure to respond to 7 complaint(s) filed against business” and “15 complaint(s) filed against business”. The complaints tab showed 15 total complaints in the last 3 years and 12 complaints closed in the last 12 months (a different measure from the two lines quoted above), and the reviews tab an average of 1.67/5 from 3 customer reviews. BBB figures can differ between views, locations and over time; a separate review of the same profile reported other numbers, so only what was displayed on October 3, 2026 is reported here. BBB lists the alternate names Seven Brew Drive Thru Coffee and Brew Culture LLC, a file opened July 23, 2019, a business start date of January 1, 2015 and an incorporation date of January 23, 2020; the start date differs from the company’s own 2017 founding statement and from Wyoming’s December 31, 2019 initial filing for Brew Culture, LLC. BBB also lists separate files for individual stands, which are not combined here.
Other profiles. On October 3, 2026 the Trustpilot address for 7brew.com (trustpilot.com/review/7brew.com) returned “The page you’re looking for could not be found”. A ComplaintsBoard site search for “7 brew” on the same day listed four companies (Brewer & Stratton Property Management, Brewin Dolphin, Code Brew Labs, Brew City Shooters Supply), none of them 7 Brew; the check covered that search page only. The sources checked do not include Google or Yelp ratings for individual stands.
Lawsuits: two text-message class suits, an arbitration order and a past ownership dispute
Searches of CourtListener (RECAP) and Justia dockets and of news reports were run on October 3, 2026; PACER and state-court dockets were not searched, so this is not an exhaustive list. All claims below are allegations unless a court is quoted.
Text-message (TCPA) class suits. Two federal suits name Brew Culture, LLC. In Thompson v. Brew Culture, LLC (S.D. Miss., filed June 6, 2024), the plaintiff alleged four marketing texts between February 29 and March 19, 2024 after enrolling in the rewards program at a stand in Clinton, Mississippi. Brew Culture moved to compel arbitration, and on August 1, 2025 the court granted the motion, writing that the plaintiff’s claims “are hereby stayed, and Plaintiff is ordered to arbitrate her claims”; the alternative motion to strike class allegations was denied as moot. In Awad v. Brew Culture LLC d/b/a 7 Brew Coffee (S.D. Fla., filed July 18, 2025), the plaintiff alleged marketing texts on May 30 and June 12, 2025 after replying “stop” on May 23, 2025. The docket shows an “Order Dismissing/Closing Case or Party” on November 26, 2025 and a “Notice of Voluntary Dismissal” on December 23, 2025; the text of those entries was not available, so the terms of the dismissal are not stated here.
Commercial dispute (not a consumer case). Arkansas Business reported that Stillwater Brew LLC, a company of Jimmy John Liautaud, sued 7 Brew’s parent entities in Benton County Circuit Court over an alleged 22.5% ownership stake, and that after Blackstone’s February 2024 announcement the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the whole case with prejudice, which the judge granted one day later.
Franchise disclosure. Item 3 (Litigation) of the franchise disclosure document issued May 28, 2025 states: “No litigation is required to be disclosed in this Item.”
Is 7 Brew Coffee Legitimate?
Brew Culture, LLC, the entity named in 7 Brew’s Terms, is an active Wyoming limited liability company (filing ID 2019-000892446) and is the owner shown in the USPTO record for the 7 BREW trademark (registration no. 6337493, live). Its franchisor affiliate, Brew Culture Franchise, LLC, is also active in Wyoming’s records. 7 Brew publishes Terms and a Privacy Notice (both last revised August 7, 2026), Gift Card Terms, a contact form, a postal address, an email address and a phone number. BBB lists the headquarters-and-corporate-stores file as not accredited with an F rating, for reasons it states (see the complaint record above; as displayed on October 3, 2026). Two federal text-message class suits named Brew Culture; in one, a court ordered the plaintiff to arbitrate, and the other was dismissed according to docket entries. No posts about 7 Brew were found in this site’s database on October 3, 2026. This page gives no rating or verdict on the company; the sources above are cited so readers can check them, and stand-level experiences can differ because some stands are company-owned and many are run by franchisees.
Court & Public Records
| Case | Authority | Dates | Type | Outcome | Source |

| Thompson v. Brew Culture, LLC (Telephone Consumer Protection Act putative class action over rewards-program texts) Docket No. 3:24-cv-00331-HTW-LGI | U.S. District Court, S.D. Miss. (Northern Division) | Filed | Filed — no final outcome recorded The plaintiff alleged four unsolicited marketing texts between February 29 and March 19, 2024 after enrolling in 7 Brew’s rewards program at a stand in Clinton, Mississippi, and sought to represent a class. On August 1, 2025 the court (Judge Wingate) granted Brew Culture’s motion to compel arbitration, finding “a valid arbitration agreement” covering the claims, ordered “Plaintiff’s claims are hereby stayed, and Plaintiff is ordered to arbitrate her claims”, and denied the alternative motion to strike class allegations as moot. The docket pages checked show no later entries. | Source | |
| Awad v. Brew Culture LLC d/b/a 7 Brew Coffee (Telephone Consumer Protection Act putative class action over texts after a STOP reply) Docket No. 9:25-cv-80909-AMC | U.S. District Court, S.D. Fla. | Dismissed | Dismissed The complaint alleged that after the plaintiff replied “stop” on May 23, 2025, marketing texts continued on May 30 and June 12, 2025, and sought to represent a class of people who received two or more texts after opting out. The CourtListener docket (last updated December 23, 2025) lists an “Order Dismissing/Closing Case or Party” on November 26, 2025 and a “Notice of Voluntary Dismissal” on December 23, 2025. The text of those entries was not available, so whether the dismissal was with or without prejudice is not stated here. | Source |

Frequently Asked Questions
Who owns 7 Brew, and are the stands franchised?
The Terms name Brew Culture, LLC (doing business as 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee) as the party behind the website, app and Rewards program, and the Terms say “Many of our stores are owned and operated by franchisees.” The franchise disclosure document issued May 28, 2025 names Brew Culture Franchise, LLC as franchisor, with Brew Culture, LLC as its direct parent and investment funds managed by Blackstone affiliates among its affiliates; the About page says Blackstone took a minority stake in 2024.
How do I complain about a 7 Brew stand, drink or order?
The Support page says to use the contact form at 7brew.com/support and name the location; the subject list includes Drink Quality, Stand Visit, Rewards, Gift Card and Mobile App, with optional fields for date of visit and order number. The Terms also list [email protected], (479) 358-9274 and a Springdale, Arkansas mailing address. For disputes about the website, app or Rewards, the Terms require individual arbitration and 60 days’ written notice first. A complaint can also be filed with BBB or a state attorney general, such as the Arkansas Attorney General’s online form.
Do 7 Brew Rewards points expire?
Under the company’s own pages, the Support FAQ says points and free drinks expire “if there has been no purchase made using your 7 Brew Rewards account for 365 consecutive days”, and the Rewards Terms say 12 months without a qualifying purchase. The Terms add that expired points cannot be reinstated, that points have no cash value, and that 7 Brew may change or end the program at any time.
What can I do if my 7 Brew points are missing or look wrong?
The Support page says to submit the contact form at 7brew.com/support with your Rewards phone number, the date and time of the visit and the stand location; for app balance issues it says to choose the Subject “App”. The Rewards Terms say points can take 24 hours or more to appear, that incorrectly calculated points must be reported within six months of the purchase with a receipt copy, and that 7 Brew has “sole discretion” over the points in an account. Since August 12, 2026, the FAQ says, 7 Brew Energy cans and kids-sized drinks no longer earn points.
Can I get a refund on a 7 Brew gift card?
The Gift Card Terms (last revised November 11, 2025) say “Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law”, and the Support FAQ says 7 Brew gift cards are not returnable or refundable and points to a cash-out form for cases governed by state law. Lost, damaged or stolen cards may be replaced at 7 Brew’s sole discretion with proof of purchase, and cards from unauthorized resellers “will not be honored”. The cards do not expire and carry no fees, according to the same terms.
How do I stop 7 Brew text messages?
The Terms say to text STOP to 72739 to opt out of 7 Brew’s marketing texts, or to opt out in the app or through the contact methods listed in the Terms. They also say the corporate text terms do not apply to a franchisee’s own text program, so texts from a franchisee must be stopped with that franchisee. Unwanted texts can be reported to the FCC at fcc.gov/complaints.
Does 7 Brew publish allergen and caffeine information?
A PDF titled “10/1/2026 Nutrition Guide” at 7brew.com/nutrition includes caffeine (mg), allergen and calorie columns and an Allergen Chart; the Support FAQ, by contrast, says there is no nutritional document online and that each stand has an allergen chart. The chart’s fine print says 7 Brew “cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens”. This page repeats the company’s published figures only and gives no health advice.
What is 7 Brew’s BBB rating?
As displayed on October 3, 2026, BBB’s profile for 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee, Headquarters (BBB says it covers the headquarters and corporate-owned locations) shows an F rating and “not BBB Accredited”. BBB’s stated reasons, complaint counts and review average are set out in the Complaint record section. BBB keeps separate files for individual stands.
Has 7 Brew been sued?
Two federal text-message (TCPA) putative class suits name Brew Culture, LLC: Thompson (S.D. Miss., filed June 6, 2024), in which the court compelled arbitration on August 1, 2025, and Awad (S.D. Fla., filed July 18, 2025), which the docket shows as dismissed in late 2025. These are allegations; the searches behind this answer are described in the Lawsuits section and are not exhaustive.
