24HourWristbands: how to contact, claim, cancel or get a refund (checked October 11, 2026)

Start with a ticket, then the phone. The company's Contact Us page lists a support-ticket form ("submitting a ticket is the fastest and most effective way to contact us"; "We will always respond within 24 hours of receiving a ticket"), a sales toll-free line 1-855-711-4467 and a customer-service line 281-786-3764. The Help Center says that for a wrong or damaged item you should "Contact us at 1-855-711-4467 or chat with us right away with photos of the issue" and that "If you haven’t heard back within 1–2 business days" on a ticket you can follow up by replying to it, by live chat or by phone. The Terms name [email protected] for return requests. Keep your order number, the approved preview or proof, and photos.

The claim deadline in the Terms. The Returns and Refunds section says: "All claims must be reported within sixty (60) calendar days upon receive of goods." After a claim, "Resolutions will be sent via e-mail" and you then have "ten (10) business days upon the delivery of that resolution to confirm the resolution"; if the company does not hear back in that period, "your claim will become invalid." For a defect or print-quality claim the Terms ask for "three or more pictures" through the ticket system, and for color issues "we will require a sample to be mailed to us."

Returns: send the request first, ship second. The Terms say "Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria": the message or artwork does not match the order, or the item is the wrong size, color, design or style from the one ordered. The steps listed are: submit a request for a return within sixty (60) days after you receive the product; "If product(s) are returned prior to submitting your request, those product(s) are considered forfeit"; make the request through the ticketing system or by emailing [email protected]; and return the package to "our processing warehouse at: 14550 Beechnut Street, Houston, TX 77083." The Terms add: "After the sixty (60) days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit."

What the Terms say the remedy is. The Terms say customized products cannot be restocked and that "we do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or refunds" other than where goods are faulty, with claims "handled on a case-by-case basis." On a verified error the company says it will "make every attempt to promptly re-do the order exactly as you had originally requested"; where a re-do is not practical it will issue "a store credit for up to the same value as the original order, minus any shipping fees." Refunds for custom products are provided "only" if a Claims Representative determines the company made a mistake "that cannot be remedied by a re-make." If the quantity to be replaced is less than 10 percent of the order, the company reserves the right to give a credit instead of a re-do. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the Terms say no card or check refund is available for transactions more than 90 days old (store credit only), and each check refund carries a $25 processing fee. The Help Center adds that "Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and review your return" and that shipping fees are refunded in full when the issue "was due to an error on our part" once verified.

Cancelling or changing an order. Two passages in the company's own pages should be read together. The Terms' order-changes section says online orders "can ONLY be changed within 5 minutes of the order being placed," "Online orders cannot be canceled," and for an approved exceptional cancellation "a minimum $40 processing fee" applies. The Returns and Refunds section says your "rights to make changes or cancellations are within 24 hours from your purchase confirmation" and are forfeited once the order goes into production. For phone orders the Terms say: "All phone orders, once payment is made, cannot be canceled, and such sales are final." They also say "Rush orders of any kind cannot be canceled" and "NO CHANGES, whatsoever, will be accepted on Rush Orders."

Production and delivery terms. "Standard Production time is typically estimated as 7 business days. However, your order will not be considered late, if production has exceeded 7 business days." The Terms add that "Rushing an order's production is the only way we guarantee a production time" and, for a missed rush promise with expedited shipping, that the company will issue "a credit for the difference between the rush production or rush shipping option that was not met." Most products, the company says, "are delivered within 2 weeks" of ordering; quoted delivery dates are estimates. Proofs delay the start of production until you approve them. The Terms also say that carrier delivery confirmation is "deemed sufficient proof of delivery"; a shipment the carrier loses is re-produced "upon receipt/confirmation that a shipment was lost by the carrier."

Before you accept the arbitration clause. The Terms contain a mandatory individual-arbitration and class-action-waiver clause. Small-claims actions are carved out, and the clause says you "may opt out" by written notice to the Legal Department at 14550 Beechnut St., Houston, TX 77083 "within 30 days after first becoming subject to this Arbitration Agreement," stating your name, address, the email used for your account and "an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out." Before arbitration either side must send a notice of claim and wait 60 days.

Government and independent routes. The FTC's ReportFraud.ftc.gov page invites reports of fraud and bad business practices and says the FTC uses and shares reports with law enforcement partners. The Texas Attorney General's complaint page says that "under Texas law your complaint is open to the public" and that the office "cannot give you legal advice." You can also file a complaint on the BBB profile and dispute a card charge with your card issuer under the issuer's own rules.

FTC letter, product-recall and court checks for 24HourWristbands

FTC closing letter, November 18, 2021 (Made in USA / Textile Act). The FTC's Legal Library lists a closing letter (matter number P074204, tagged Consumer Protection, Advertising and Marketing, Made in USA) to counsel for "Netbrands LLC, also d/b/a Netbrands Media Corporation, 24hourwristbands.com, and imprint.com." The letter says FTC staff discussed two sets of concerns: that certain marketing materials, including Google ads and social media, "may have overstated the extent to which Netbrands offers U.S.-origin products," because the company "also sells imported products," and that certain marketing materials "may have failed to comply" with the Textile Products Identification Act and rules because, for some covered products, materials omitted required origin information. The letter lists a remedial action plan the company implemented, including clarifying qualified claims, updating printed and electronic marketing materials and product pages, making origin disclosures where relevant and offering more training. It then says staff "decided not to pursue this investigation any further," adding that this "should not be construed as a determination that there was no violation" and that the Commission "reserves the right to take such further action as the public interest may require." A closing letter is not a complaint, a consent order or a court ruling, and it does not state any penalty.

Where products are made. The company's Terms (Product Customization Options) say you can choose printing in the United States or in China, and that choosing China "does not always mean the order will be printed/decorated in China," while "the only way to guarantee that an order will be printed and decorated in the United States is to add the United States customization option to your order." The Terms also refer to "Chinese Holiday Production breaks."

Product recalls. On October 11, 2026 the CPSC's SaferProducts.gov recall web service was queried by manufacturer ("Imprint", "Netbrands", "Net Brands", "24hour", "24 Hour"), by retailer ("24hourwristbands", "24 Hour"), by importer ("Netbrands", "Imprint") and by recall title ("imprint", "wristband"). None returned a recall of a product sold by this company; the title query for "wristband" returned two older recalls of other companies' products, and a retailer query for "Imprint" returned two night-light recalls that describe promotional items imprinted with other companies' names. Consumer incident reports at SaferProducts.gov and other agencies' records were not searched.

Other regulators. The FTC Legal Library was searched by company name on October 11, 2026 and returned only the closing letter above. The Texas Attorney General's site search and other state regulators' enforcement pages were not completed on that date, so this page makes no statement about whether other regulator actions exist. Court dockets are described in the litigation section.

Who operates 24HourWristbands.Com and its related names

Who operates the site. The Terms & Conditions state that the website, its sub-domains, affiliated websites and mobile apps "are owned and maintained by Imprint.Com LLC." and, in the dispute-resolution clause, refer to "Imprint.Com LLC., d/b/a 24HourWristbands.Com"; the Terms' interpretation clause refers to 24HourWristbands.Com "(inclusive of its affiliates Imprint.Com LLC. and Lightbeam, Inc.)" and the copyright clause to "Imprint.Com LLC., d/b/a 24HourWristbands.Com, and its affiliates (to include, but not limited to, Lightbeam, Inc.)" The Terms give the address 14550 Beechnut Street, Houston, Texas 77083 and say they are governed by Texas law with Houston, Harris County courts as exclusive venue. No Texas registry record was pulled for this page; the entity names above are the company's own.

Related names, as each source gives them. The Terms of imprint.com and 24hourbracelets.com use the same wording and also name Imprint.Com LLC as owner, so those sites are listed here as sister brands. Other sources use other names: the FTC closing letter of November 18, 2021 is addressed to counsel for "Netbrands LLC, also d/b/a Netbrands Media Corporation, 24hourwristbands.com, and imprint.com"; the BBB file is titled "Netbrands Media Corporation" (type of entity "Corporation") and lists the alternate names 24HourWristbands.com, Imprint.com and US Manufacturing Group; in federal dockets the defendant is "Netbrands Media Corp. doing business as 24hourwristbands.com" (Dawson, 2023), "Netbrands Media Corporation Doing business as Imprint.com" (Krick, 2018) and "Imprint.com LLC" (Shah, 2026), where a corporate disclosure notice filed for the defendant on July 23, 2026 identifies "Imprint.Com, LLC and Internet Ventures LLC" as interested parties without describing the interest. The sources checked do not establish the legal relationship between Imprint.Com LLC and Netbrands LLC or Netbrands Media Corporation, and this page draws no conclusion about it. The BBB page lists the company's CEO, CFO and COO by name; they are not repeated here.

What it sells and what it says about itself. The company sells custom-printed promotional products, including silicone wristbands, Tyvek wristbands, lanyards, can coolers (koozies), buttons, tote bags and apparel, ordered through an online design tool or by phone. Its home page says (company statements) that it "was founded in 2006," has delivered "over 100 million wristbands" to "over half a million customers," and operates "out of a state-of-the-art facility in Houston, Texas." It also displays a Shopper Approved rating (see the complaint-record section). These are the company's own claims and are not independently verified here.

Contact hours. The Contact Us page lists "Monday - Friday: 12am - 12am CST" and "Saturday - Sunday: 10am - 10pm CST."

Complaint figures as displayed on October 11, 2026, and this site's posts

External profiles, as displayed on October 11, 2026. BBB profile for Netbrands Media Corporation (BBB alternate names include 24HourWristbands.com), Houston: not BBB Accredited; rating F; the page gives as reasons "Failure to respond to 10 complaint(s) filed against business" and "Business has failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints" (BBB's wording); it shows one BBB alert, titled "Pattern of Complaints"; 84 total complaints in the last 3 years and 25 complaints filed in the last 12 months; 1.36/5 stars from an average of 44 customer reviews. The BBB page data show file opened 2008-07-11, business started 2006-12-07 and incorporated 2008-02-14. The profile also carries the company's own statement of its refund policy ("the product will be remade or refunded on a case by case basis"). Trustpilot (24hourwristbands.com, claimed profile; Trustpilot shows "March 2015" beside "Claimed profile"): 3.7 from 7,343 reviews (5-star 85%, 1-star 7%), 312 reviews in the last 12 months; Trustpilot notes the company has no recent history of asking for reviews, so reviews "may not be representative," and that the company replied to 80% of negative reviews. These are different services with different methods and are not combined.

The BBB alert and the company's response. The alert text on the BBB page says BBB's files "indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning poor quality products, has delivery issues, offers poor customer service and falsely advertises their products," and records what consumers allege, for example that "products are often received with different color variations from what is displayed online" and that "orders are partially received or are received long after the promised delivery date." It says that on October 3, 2019 BBB sent the company a written request to address these complaints, and gives the company's response, which begins: "The products we sell are for promotional purposes only and each order is customized to meet the clients’ needs and criteria." The alert is BBB's account of what consumers allege and of the company's reply; this page has not verified either side.

Company-displayed rating. The company's reviews page displays a Shopper Approved rating of "4.6/5 based on 192,606+ ratings and reviews" and says 93% of customers that buy from the merchant give a 4 or 5-star rating (verified-buyer reviews, collected through that service). The figure is shown for reference and is not combined with BBB or Trustpilot.

This site's archive. Nine approved complaints on this site are linked to the company (posted 2009 to 2012; offenders named as 24 Hour Wristbands, 24hourwristbands.com, Imprint.com or 24HourBracelets). They are older than the current Terms and Help Center text quoted on this page, so the policies described there may differ from what those customers saw. Counted by reading the nine posts, themes include: a wrong, misprinted or short order (5 posts); a refund or credit requested and not received or only partly offered (4); customer service unreachable, disconnected or silent (5); a cancellation not honored or an order cancelled by the company (2); an unexpected or unrecognized charge (2); and a delivery problem near an event date (2). One post was resolved by a refund after the customer complained. Complaints are the writers' own accounts and are allegations; the company's position is in its Terms and in the BBB statements above.

Court dockets naming Imprint.com LLC and Netbrands Media Corp.

What the dockets show. The five dockets below were read on Justia Dockets on October 11, 2026, and the Kjessler case was also read on CourtListener. They are court records, not findings by this site. Each name is given as the docket lists it, and the sources checked do not establish the legal relationship between "Imprint.com LLC" and "Netbrands Media Corp." (see the background section). This is not a search of every court.

  • Vivek Shah v. Imprint.com LLC, C.D. Cal. No. 2:26-cv-06526, filed June 13, 2026; cause of action listed as "18 U.S.C. § 2510 Wire Interception"; jury demanded by plaintiff. On July 23, 2026 the defendant filed an answer with a counterclaim against the plaintiff and a third-party complaint, and a corporate disclosure notice "identifying Imprint.Com, LLC and Internet Ventures LLC"; on July 24, 2026 the court set a scheduling conference for October 2, 2026. The Justia copy was last retrieved on July 24, 2026 and later entries were not read, so the case is shown as pending as of that copy.
  • Dawson v. Netbrands Media Corp., S.D.N.Y. No. 1:23-cv-08457, filed September 26, 2023; defendant listed as "Netbrands Media Corp. doing business as 24hourwristbands.com"; Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12188. On October 19, 2023 the plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice and the clerk was directed to close the case.
  • Krick v. Netbrands Media Corporation et al, E.D. Cal. No. 1:18-cv-01696, filed December 12, 2018; defendants listed as "Netbrands Media Corporation" and "Netbrands Media Corporation Doing business as Imprint.com"; 47 U.S.C. § 227. The plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal on January 4, 2019 and the court ordered the case closed on January 7, 2019.
  • Kjessler v. Zaappaaz, Inc. et al, S.D. Tex. No. 4:18-cv-00430, filed February 13, 2018; nature of suit "Anti-Trust", 15 U.S.C. § 1; defendants include Netbrands Media Corp. and several other companies and individuals. CourtListener also lists a D. Or. case with the same caption, No. 3:17-cv-01361, terminated February 13, 2018. On April 24, 2019 the court granted the Netbrands defendants' motion and dismissed the plaintiffs' "customized lanyard price fixing claims" for lack of Article III standing (entry 158). Netbrands Media Corp. answered on May 8, 2019; on June 23, 2020 the court granted a joint motion to stay case deadlines pending approval of a settlement; the plaintiffs' motion for final approval of a class action settlement was granted on October 14, 2020, and CourtListener lists the case as terminated that day. The docket entries read do not say which defendants are parties to that settlement or what its terms are, so none are described here.
  • United States of America v. Netbrands Media Corp. et al, S.D. Tex. No. 4:10-cv-02175, filed June 18, 2010; nature of suit "Other Statutory Actions"; defendants listed include Netbrands Media Corp., Net Forms LLC, Easy Forms and several individuals. The Justia copy shows no docket entries and no outcome, and the case did not appear in the CourtListener search for "Netbrands Media" on October 11, 2026, so its subject and outcome were not read.

What this page did not read. Docket entries in the Shah case after July 24, 2026; the settlement documents in the Kjessler case; and any criminal docket. Docket entry 152 in the Kjessler case (a January 2019 plaintiffs' filing) lists attachments titled "Plea Agreement" (two) and "Information Netbrands"; those documents were not opened, so this page describes no criminal matter. The company's position in these cases is stated in its own filings, which were not summarized here.

Is 24HourWristbands Legitimate?

Facts a reader can check: the website names its operator as Imprint.Com LLC, gives a Houston, Texas address and phone numbers, has published Terms and a Help Center with a stated claim process, and says it was founded in 2006. In a November 2021 closing letter, FTC staff "decided not to pursue this investigation any further" into Made in USA and textile-origin marketing, adding that this "should not be construed as a determination that there was no violation" (see the regulator section). Federal dockets read on October 11, 2026 name "Imprint.com LLC" in a 2026 case shown as pending, and "Netbrands Media Corp." in 2018 and 2023 cases that the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed, plus two further dockets described in the litigation section. As displayed on October 11, 2026 the BBB shows an F rating, no accreditation, 84 complaints in three years and a 1.36/5 average from 44 reviews, while Trustpilot shows 3.7 from 7,343 reviews and the company-hosted Shopper Approved widget shows 4.6/5; these come from different services and are not combined. The Terms limit refunds on custom items, require claims within 60 days and contain an arbitration clause with a 30-day opt-out. This page does not rate the company or predict how a particular order will go; check the preview or proof, the claim window and the production terms before paying.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who runs 24HourWristbands.Com?

The site's Terms & Conditions say the website is "owned and maintained by Imprint.Com LLC." and refer to "Imprint.Com LLC., d/b/a 24HourWristbands.Com." They give 14550 Beechnut Street, Houston, Texas 77083 as the address. The BBB file for that address is titled Netbrands Media Corporation and lists 24HourWristbands.com as an alternate name; the FTC letter and some court dockets use Netbrands names, and the sources checked do not establish how those entities relate to Imprint.Com LLC.

How do I report a wrong or damaged order and how long do I have?

The Terms say claims must be reported within 60 calendar days of receiving the goods, through the online ticket system or by emailing [email protected], with three or more pictures; color claims require a mailed sample. The Help Center also gives 1-855-711-4467 and live chat for wrong or damaged items. Returns are accepted only for the listed reasons (message or artwork mismatch, or wrong size, color, design or style), and the request must come before shipping: the Terms say product returned before the request is submitted is "considered forfeit."

Can I cancel a 24HourWristbands order?

The Terms say online orders can only be changed within 5 minutes and "Online orders cannot be canceled," with a minimum $40 processing fee for an exceptional approved cancellation; the Returns and Refunds section instead refers to changes or cancellations "within 24 hours from your purchase confirmation." For phone orders the Terms say "All phone orders, once payment is made, cannot be canceled, and such sales are final." Rush orders cannot be canceled, and "NO CHANGES, whatsoever, will be accepted on Rush Orders." These passages are on the company's Terms page.

Does 24HourWristbands give refunds on custom orders?

The Terms say customized products cannot be restocked and refunds are given only when a Claims Representative finds a company mistake that cannot be fixed by a re-make; otherwise the usual remedy is a re-do or store credit up to the order value minus shipping. The Help Center says refunds are "typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and review your return."

How long do production and delivery take?

The Terms estimate standard production at 7 business days and say an order is not considered late if production exceeds that; only rush production is guaranteed. Ground shipping inside the continental U.S. is stated as 3 to 7 business days, and the company says most products arrive within 2 weeks of ordering. Proofs delay the start of production until approved.

What was the FTC's November 2021 letter about?

An FTC closing letter dated November 18, 2021 to counsel for Netbrands LLC (d/b/a Netbrands Media Corporation, 24hourwristbands.com and imprint.com) discussed concerns that some marketing may have overstated U.S.-origin products and omitted textile origin information. Staff decided not to pursue the investigation, noting this was not a determination that there was no violation.

What does the BBB show for 24HourWristbands?

As displayed on October 11, 2026, the BBB profile titled Netbrands Media Corporation (alternate name 24HourWristbands.com) shows an F rating, not BBB Accredited, 84 complaints in the last 3 years, 25 filed in the last 12 months, and 1.36/5 stars from 44 customer reviews. Numbers on BBB change over time. BBB gives the reason "Business has failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaints" and shows one alert, titled "Pattern of Complaints," with the company's response (see the complaint-record section).

Are 24HourWristbands products made in the USA?

The Terms say customers can select printing in the United States or in China, that the China option does not always mean the order is printed there, and that "the only way to guarantee that an order will be printed and decorated in the United States is to add the United States customization option." Check the option on your order.

Can I take a dispute with 24HourWristbands to court?

The Terms require individual arbitration under AAA rules with a class-action waiver, except that small-claims court is allowed. They say you may opt out by written notice to the Legal Department at 14550 Beechnut St., Houston, TX 77083 within 30 days of first becoming subject to the clause. Texas law governs. Separately, federal dockets list the company's names as defendants in several cases, including a 2026 case in C.D. Cal. against Imprint.com LLC shown as pending when the docket copy was last retrieved on July 24, 2026, and 2018 and 2023 cases that the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed; see the litigation section.
