My story begins a couple of months ago, when I came across the sitejabber.com site. I did not know much about reviewing, but I decided to use the site to expose sites I knew were wrong, especially certain dating sites.
I started getting "helpful votes," which they have on the site, and the more you get, the higher you climb in the site's rankings. It so happened that I encountered a guy who decided to challenge me, and we exchanged messages back and forth on the site.
Then one day I came on the site and saw this message:
"Sorry, your access has been denied...
Based on your previous activity, you are no longer allowed to access this page.
If you believe this to be a mistake, please email [email protected]"
I believed that it was indeed a mistake and so I sent them several emails. They said I had gone over a "message limit" and because of that I was on a one-month suspension, and afterwards I could challenge it.
