Be careful: as of today, Yahoo email accounts (both ordinary and business) do not have a successful backup system. In other words, if Yahoo deactivates your email account, that entire account will be gone, without a single trace left.
Yahoo recently deactivated my 4 business email accounts by mistake. Those 4 accounts held nearly 1000 emails (two years of work), and Yahoo totally destroyed them. The reason is that Yahoo's billing department made a mistake, and that mistake caused me to lose 1000 valuable emails across 4 business accounts.
Yahoo did not apologize to me. Yahoo refused to tell me how the mistake was made or how to prevent it from happening again. And Yahoo had no backup to recover those 1000 emails. What a failure by Yahoo's technical group.
The purpose of this report is to urge Yahoo to improve its services and to back up customers' data.
Be careful when you are dealing with Yahoo.
