I have witnessed illegal behavior and perverted things in Yahoo chat rooms, and things are far worse than ever before today. When I first started using Yahoo, things were not this bad. Sure, there were bullies on Yahoo then, but today it seems to be an epidemic of bullies and perverts. You are supposed to have a fun time in chat rooms; nobody should have to worry about being harassed, bullied or picked on. Things have gone too far in how Yahoo users treat other chatters, including me.
Since Yahoo will not do anything about this, or about the hackers and booters who roam chat rooms looking for new victims to hack and destroy their computers, I have cancelled all my accounts and will not use Yahoo for anything. The same goes on in MSN chat rooms, so I will not use their service either. Chat rooms are not safe for young people, who are the ones these thugs target to harass, bully and threaten. These things have gone on for years with Yahoo, with bullies taking over. If people do not have anything to defend themselves, there is no hope against these hackers and booters. I too have been harassed and bullied, but I have never been hacked, and I will not give these Yahoo thugs a chance to hack my computer.
I have cancelled all my accounts and suggest everyone else do the same. If you have any kids, do not let them use Yahoo or go into Yahoo chat rooms. There are a lot of sick things that go on in Yahoo chat rooms. People under 18 should not use Yahoo, as Yahoo has already made it for people 18 and above. There is nothing I can do for the many victims out there who have already been bullied and attacked and had their computers destroyed. If Yahoo wants these perverts, thugs, bullies, hackers and booters, then they can have them, because Yahoo are thugs themselves if they let this behavior go on. I have quit going to chat rooms because of this abuse. Please do not use Yahoo, or you too will become another victim. Yahoo loves thugs and perverts who use their services.
