Poor advice-no response to emails-failure to refund investment

After being talked into investing $250 into binary options with promises of being given advice on trading, I lost my investment as a result of their advice,

I then read the scam reports posted on the Internet and demanded a refund, but they refused..

When I threatened to go to higher authorities to report the fraud they could not care less.

They now refuse to talk to me. I found out on the Internet that they are located in Cypress thus making it impossible to find out who the CEO is. And they will not tell me.

This has been going on since September, with no results.
