I recently put my dish cable package on hold for 2 months for $5.00 a month, when I called Dish to re-activate my service, I was told I would have to pay an re-installation fee of $50.00. Why would I have to pay for that? I have been a dish customer for 10yrs. I also asked about the Hopper and was told that would be $100.00, again why do new subscribers get the hoppe for free and I would have to pay $100.00? Last complaint, I used to get FOX channel 28 with Dish, NOW I DON'T AND AM MISSING THE FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS. Every Dish customer should get a large credit to their accounts. I will now be looking for another cable company.
