I bought 3 seats - 2 person and 1 toddler through Alitalia's website two or three months before. Since I have did not get a verification notice, I named the organization and that I was guaranteed that my seats were bought. Nowadays I then found out that my charge card was not billed for this transacton. Therefore, I called Alitalia again... And my odessy started. I talked with 3 of the customer service brokers and not one of them appeared to be useful or ethical. Is that this Alitalia's plan?

I had been designed to journey on Dec. 7 and proceed visiting my parents for that breaks. Today I've no solution. They provided me to purchase fresh ones-which were three times more costly. Actually via a site you'll find cheaper versions.

I expected to consult with a boss. Very first time I had been on-hold for some time after which exactly the same broker explained that nothing might be completed but purchase new seats. The 2nd period I had been left on-hold for 10 mins and nobody responded and so I hungup. The 3rd period it had been an extremely rude lady who simply hung-up on me.
