Horrible airlines

My spouse and that I flew Alitalia Airlines earlier this May-July from Birmingham to Rome (following a layover). They dropped my luggage that we didn't return until 60% of our visit was over. Their customer support sucks plus they LAY for you. I invested more income than my material was value, their employees took a match plus they ultimately resolved with me for $500 in July! I'd a $400 mobile phone bill they'd NOT PROTECT that was what I used attempting to contact them in France as well as their NYC practices. They hung-up on me and held me awaiting more than 30 units on the phone! They're rude as well as their in-flight support hurts. DON'T TRAVEL ALITALIA ACTUALLY! Invest the additional cash and travel Virgin or another person.
