Worst customer service!

Alitalia was another / using this world knowledge. No customer support everywhere. Rude flight attendants and insufficient business at boarding, examining in and baggage claim. Dropped one carrier and explained to not contact the again simply to check up on the web. They don't reply the telephone or return your communications. The flight attendants observed to become over-work and pissed-off constantly. They're rude, nor have fundamental customer support capabilities. Don't travel alitalia, it may be you worst headache.
