Awful service

Alitalia could not get my baggage transferred to my airplane from Rome to Genoa despite a 1.5-hour wait. When the baggage eventually came in Genoa 12 hours later they mightnot garantee when it'd be sent to me about the following day despite the fact that they realized I had been making on the 3-week sail. They sent my baggage to my resort in the place of my sail ship (directly after we quit interface) and not bothered to come back vesselis e-mails or provide the baggage to the Western cruise ship locations. I rceieved one-piece of baggage your day after I delivered from the 4 week holiday and my next item continues to be absent. Their Ny office places you on-hold (as much as 1.25 hours) after which weighs on you. I'll never fly Alitalia again so long as I stay.
