Sent wrong products & did not refund money as promised when items were returned no response

I placed an order with icedoutgear.com I spent $200 with them. When I received the items they were not what I ordered. I called them and they said they didn't have the items I had ordered so they took it upon themselves to send me different items in different sizes!!! So I took advantage of their "NO hassle" return policy and sent the items back. It has been three months now and I haven't heard a word. They won't take my calls or return my calls. They will not respond to my e mails either. My understanding is they don't respond to any e mails.

They owe me over $60.00 in refund to my bank account but instead they have decided to keep the items I returned, not returned my phone calls or e mail, not credit my bank account, and keep my hard earned money. What a bunch of CROOKS!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE buyer beware and DO NOT buy from this website. They'll send you the wrong items and then when you return them they'll keep them without giving you a refund!!!

I'll tell you if I was lacking the ethics and morals that icedoutgear.com is lacking I'd be rich from the internet!!!
