No refund

Electronics and household app.

Ordered merchandise 05/11/09. Arrived by UPS 5/14/09. Items were damaged. Contacted DCCA by phone and e-mail and were told they would file the claim with UPS. After no response we filed the claim and UPS returned the damaged items to DCCA. Tried ordering other items-not avail or back ordered. Canceled the order. Requested a immediate refund. Have been promised they would look into it, take care of it this week... Blah, blah, blah. Now they do not respond to e-mails and my son is out his hard earned money! I want the refund.
