After sending merchandise back 3 months ago, still never got refund or credit, keep getting same e-mail that warehouse hasn, t got yet, bunch of b.S

I ordered items from this company and the bra i bought was too big, the shirt was too small and cheap looking, so i called company to get address where to send both items back. I did exactly what person on phone told me to do, that was over 3 months ago, and i still haven, t got a refund or a credit for these items i returned, i have sent 6-9 e-mails and i get the same old b.S., they don, y know if warehouse got items i returned yet or not, now they are asking for return receipt, I was never told i had to get one when i called about getting return address, otherwise i would have done so, I am getting nothing but a run around from them and I want my money back! No-one there seems to care if i get my refund or not, my money isn, t growing on a tree in my backyard, and being on disability every cent i have is needed. This company is a rip-off and they haven, t a clue about customer satisfaction!!
