Charged me for an order I have not received

Hello,

I placed an internet order on 12/31/09 with Icedoutgear.com for a men's silver bracelet. The total amount of the charges including shipping and handling was $95.00. Upon shipping, most internet companies would provide the customer with a shipment status via email and I have yet to receive this information. I have called customer service a few times and can never get a straight answer. All I want to know is where is my order—an order that I have been charged for. I urge anyone who is considering ordering from Icedoutgear to think again. This is the most unreliable company I have ever dealth with and I am going to toot my horn until something is done about them.
