Reign la they ripped me off! They are thieves and they steal your money! Internet

After ordering a few times to try them out (not without issues) I chose to order quite a bit for Christmas stock in my boutique. Unfortunately, they shipped items I did not order. After leaving a few phone messages (they never answer the phone) they finally called back and told me they would issue a "call tag" from UPS. 2 Weeks went by... And nothing, so I decided to send the items back and pay the shipping. They were received a few days later, and signed for by April.

It has now been 24 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND!!! After numerous phone calls (messages left and none returned), I finally received an email that said the refund was issued, BUT THEY LIED. The email was dated 13 days ago and I still have not received a refund! Do not order from this company!!! They STEAL YOUR MONEY, TAKE THE ITEMS BACK, AND DON'T GIVE REFUNDS.

Wow, what a scam, sell you the items, make money off of you, then resell the items to another sucker. I returned $200 in wholesale merchandise! CROOKS!!!

Their website "return policy" states, they will refund your money within 2 business days!
