ReWW2.com reWW2 militaria - shoddy product, no returns

I ordered several items of reproduction WWII militaria from the website reww2.com in July. Upon arrival the quality of the items was not that advertised and two of the items were half-sized which was not mentioned in the advertisement.
The website states that items may be returned within 7 days for a refund and that the administrators can be contacted for return details. I have now sent 4 emails, on 7,9, 10 and 11 August, and have not received any response.
Just want to advise any collectors of WWII memorabilia/reproductions etc that the quality of these items is severely lacking, customer service non-existant and their refund policy a complete sham.
Avoid reWW2 at all costs!!!
