Is not unlimited calling

After having magicjack for two months they discontinued my service. After finally talking to someone they informed me that I had excessive usage and they have the right to terminate and not refund any money. I asked for the number of minutes that constitutes excessive and was told he didn't know.

I figured we used it about 3000 minutes per month which is well below normal cellphone plans. They can do what they want when they want without warning or informing you of limitations.
